GoogleJonathan Swain is simply the most professional, knowledgable and honest estate agent we have ever met. He went above and beyond to find us our perfect property and stayed calm in a couple of stressful moments leading up to exchange. He is always happy to give his time and patience….. and we would have no hesitation in recommending Coastguards to anyone contemplating buying or selling property. They are a great team. GoogleI would like to thank all the team, but I can’t thank Jonathan enough! If it hadn’t been for him I think the sale would have fallen through, he goes above and beyond and sorted out some very tricky and stressful situations and throughout his glass remained half full, even when mine was empty! Thank you Jonathan, I now have my dream house at last! If you want the best estate agent go with Coastguards , I can’t recommend them enough. Professional yet personal service! brilliant!

GoogleThe entire Coastguards team went out of their way to ease us through a 'Lockdown' purchase. Moving is stressful enough at the best of times, but the winter of 2020 was more like the worst! GoogleExcellent service and professional throughout, right from the start. Unfortunately, there was no finish as we ended up with an offer with our previous estate agent. Rachel, in particular was extremely knowledgeable, professional, with a great ability to manage and advise when needed. We very much wished we had gone with the company from the start, as we feel Coastguards would have sold the property hands down. I can thoroughly recommend them and would advise all who are looking to buy or sell, to consider Coastguards as the first and best option.

She has kept us updated throughout even when things havent gone to plan and even dealt amazingly with my emotional outbursts! GoogleThe question is, I would suggest, what do you want from an Estate Agent? Some we have seen look more like Apple stores! But for us what we wanted/want is a professional team who know their area, who know the people and who are very good at listening - rather than talking! Coastguards are such a set-up, each member of the team adds value to the search for your next home or the best way to sell your current house. They are the ideal team and if there was an option of six stars it's likely I'd tick that box.
