we are so pleased we choose cubitt and west to sell our house and purchased our new property,Richard and his team were so helpful all the way through, they returned our calls promptly and were always on hand if we had a problem. Richard went the extra mile for us both with our sale and purchase it wasn’t unusual for him to ring late in evening and also at weekends, Jordan was very friendly and polite showing us round our new home,As for Lisa poor girl I gave her some grief on the phone as ours wasn’t an easy sale and she always returned my calls and was so helpful.I will miss ringing them in the future as I hope this is my last move, if I do move I will certainly be calling them again.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cailean and Brendan. From the initial visit they were so friendly and polite, always professional and full of advice and support. I really enjoyed working with them. When they found a buyer for my property they were always on hand for the buyer and myself to answer any queries. All the way through the sale, along with Claire and Tamsin they made the sale progress as smoothly as possible. There are always hiccups along the way but they all did their best to make sure everything was dealt with and resolved as quickly as possible. It was an absolute pleasure working with you all. I would 100% recommend to use Peacehaven branch Sussex Cubbit and West to sell your Property.I found them all to be very professional, supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful during the whole process to the degree in my opinion, they even carried out a lot of the work for the buyer of my property to help it go through as it was not being done by her estate agent so she was really going on Cubitt and West all the timeI can’t thank all the staff enough, Karen Sayde David as well as all that were involved in working on my property and especially Gary, who, for over four months was overseeing the sale of the property that wasn’t smooth running, but managed through Hardwork and knowledge, and as said earlier by supporting our buyer as well to achieve the goal of selling our property

Can't thank John Charlotte and Emma enough for their help during my buying process. Although they wasn't my estate agent they was my sellers they treated me with so much kindness and patience. Always able to speak to them nothing was to much to ask even when my buyer looked like they was going to pull out last minute they was trying there hardest to get this resolved. And even on day of exchange they went above and beyond. I switched over to them after 6 months with a bigger estate agent after being frustrated and disappointed with their service, marketing and lack of communication. Nichole and her team from Cubitt & West were the complete opposite. They were very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole process. They gave me honest advice, arranged viewings quickly and within a few weeks I had accepted an offer. They also handled the sale smoothly and kept me updated regularly.
