Paige and Marcus of the Bognor Regis office gave us outstanding and friendly service. They found us a suitable property to rent, convinced the Landlord that we were good tenants and arranged all the necessary documentation in a very short timescale.

The service they give is not up to the price they charge. 1.5% and any extras they can talk you into.Communication via email was patchy and did nothing to advance the sale.Avoid.

When I made an offer the staff were again friendly, helpful and efficient/well organised. I would recommend the Bognor branch.
