We got our keys today, after a very long and stressful process due to the solicitors, but Lisa from Haart was the best person, she helped us and talked through everything clearly and normally for us to understand what was happening. 110% happy with Lisa and Haart for their services!! Thank you!

The worst Estate Agents ever. I feel discriminated because of my colour. It's a shame that in this time and age, this is still happening! Can't get a slot to view a property on my street despite being among the first buyers to see the advert. No call back, nothing. I have called their several times but been tossed to and fro. Yet I see their agents come and go with prospective buyers... because of my COLOUR! SHAME! I AM REALLY APPALLED!

Very impressed with Haart in Arnold when buying an investment property. Shannon has always been on the end of the phone, quick to respond with queries and negotiated our purchase brilliantly. The rest of the team have also always been helpful when needed as well. Would highly recommend.

Awful experience of selling my house with Haart. I had people turning up at my door asking for viewings as they had phoned and left messages with Haart and they had not returned their calls. Ended up doing viewings myself. Staff blatantly ignored instructions on when they should call me. Avoid selling your house with Haart
