Our property was originally on the market with another agent but we were not having much luck. We moved to Haarts and Sarah was brilliant. She is so proactive and got lots of viewings and now house is sold STC. She has been very involved with our sale and also our intended purchase which is also with her. She has kept us in the loop at every stage of the process. Not the cheapest estate agent around but as they say .... you get what you pay for! Highly recommended

Had a roller coaster of a ride with the sale with my property with the so called previous buyer, Shannon was very professional and in daily contact with them towards the end, trying so sort of what the problem was etc and working very hard to smooth the process but in the end we have had to remarket and sold within days! We have used Haarts in Arnold under sad circumstances. My Uncle died who lived there and we as family had to arrange the sale of the house, problem was we are based in Gloucester. Solicitors gave us a couple of Estate Agents to choose from and we went with Haarts. I am so glad we did, they have been marvellous at keeping me updated and chasing where necessary. I think Shannon and the team have been so great and I would hesitate to recommend them to others in the area. Just a shame living in Gloucester means we will never meet them, but they handled the case with support, sympathy and dignity and when I was upset they were very understanding. Having found what I thought to be a property that might suit my needs I contacted the Arnold Office and was lucky enough to talk to Deborah. See was great from the start, she was interested in my requirements and helpful in meeting my needs. Having arranged a viewing I thought I would hear no more until then. To my pleasant surprise I get a call from Deborah at 1800 hrs to say she had viewed the property and explained what she had found. It turns out that this is probably not the property for me but she stayed on the phone discussing options and locations far longer than she need to be even though it was late in the day. I can honestly say that breaks the "Stereotype". She is a credit to the organisation and I was greatly impressed by her performance and knowledge. Well done and thanks.

We asked Haart to market our property recently after meeting Elaine Tassi. We had the misfortune to have a new house builder in our chain which did cause us some stress and worry. Shannon Morley, our negotiator, kept us informed when things weren't going as well as we'd hoped. She was professional and courteous throughout the whole process that took a little longer than a sale might usually do.
