GoogleThe guys get a second star as they were nice however, my experience with them was not great, I eventually ended up doing the visit myself that sold the house. I was pressured to take a lower offer because the property had been on the market for a month, we then a week later got two higher offers. Haart suggested to us a from heart a company called RG law who were a joke of a law firm. A number of viewing were miscommunicated and where agents were meant to come out and then didn't, short notice viewings were the order of the day Nice guys not great service.NegativeQuality

GoogleAs a first time buyer buying a house can be extremely nerve wracking, however I couldn't be happier with everyone at haart. Dallas especially has gone above and beyond; from the weekly updates to being on hand to answer every bizarre question I've thrown at her. As first time buyers we were a) confused and b) really nervous about the whole process but Shannon always went the extra mile to ensure we were informed and knew exactly what was happening. Even though we were buyers and not the sellers she still went out of her way to chase things for us to ensure the sale goes through as smoothly as possible! GoogleI have sold properties previous to this one but i still really struggle with this process. However dallas campbell at haart arnold has been absolutely 5* from the very start. She has contacted me at least twice every single week and the sale of my property has been going on for 6 months now... she has been so supportive and gone above and beyond her role to see this sale through to the end. I honestly do not know what i would of done without her. She has also contacted the solicitors and the buyer and kept the communication and actions both consistent and professional at all times. A massive thankyou to Dallas, you are a credit to the team at Haart.

FacebookArranged a viewing for a property 11 am today , after 30 minutes wait , nobody showed up to meet us called agents no record of appointment , rescheduled for 3.30 today , returned to property to be greeted by a 14 year old agent with no key to access property , very unprofessional , loss of earnings , waist of time , not only could this owner of lost a potential buyer but the business itself has lost the opportunity to sell both mine and my partners properties , appalling customer service from both a buying and selling perspective , AVOID
