TrustpilotVery poor experience
Very poor experience. We were misled about a property and the vendor’s readiness to proceed, which led to wasted time, stress, and over £2,000 in wasted costs. Major issues that they knew / should have known about, such as an unadopted road with ownership issues, and property service charges weren't disclosed. Communication from them was rude and aggressive, and even basic requests (like written terms for a holding deposit) were refused. I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency.

GoogleWhat can I say about CPS especially Conor O'Neill. He's is such a professional, understanding to what my family is looking for and is extremely knowledgeable...5 stars isn't enough

GoogleI have been dealing with CPS for many years now and I cannot recommend them enough! They are all very helpful and professional especially Hollie, the lady can't do enough for you. I would never consider using anyone else for properties as they make everything simple and is all handled in a professional and swift manner.

GoogleI would not recommend them. I used them recently to sell my house and there was nothing but issues. They didn't make note for any important information I had made clear to be passed on to prospective buyers and don't communicate within their own team. Shane was lovely to deal with hence the 2 starts.

GoogleMy partner and I are first time buyers and moved in to our property a few days ago. We are completely chuffed and things couldn’t have run any smoother. CPS were on the ball from the get go and things went as expected from our first viewing, to sale agreed, straight through to completion. Conor, in particular, was a great help. Couldn’t recommend enough.
