I had a very poor experience with CPS Property. We vacated the property at the end of August, and since then we have been chasing our deposit for over 4 months with absolutely no proper communication from the company. They claim to have an “experienced team,” but in reality they are highly unprofessional. We are constantly told to email one person, then another, then the finance team, then sales, excuses like “the finance team is dealing with it”, “sales is handling it”, “X or Y will get back to you”. To this day, I have not received a single phone call from CPS Property regarding our deposit. Trying to speak to a higher authority is impossible. According to them, there is no higher authority, which is very concerning for a company handling tenants’ money. They are very quick to take the deposit at the start, but once you leave the property, they stop communicating completely and leave you frustrated, stressed, and ignored. If anyone from CPS Property is reading this, please contact us and return our deposit immediately. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and frustration and is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend CPS Property to anyone looking for a professional and reliable letting agent.

GoogleFrom Frustration to Fantastic: CPS made it easy. I wish we had worked with CPS from the very start of our house selling journey, after months with another agent initially impressed by flashy promises and inflated valuations, we realised that's all they were. After months spent chasing feedback, dealing with numerous staff changes and repeating the same details, we'd had enough. From day one, CPS were different. Art O Hagan and his team were profession, proactive and genuinely interested in both the property and us as sellers. They knew the property inside out, showcased its best features and guided us through to " sold " using honesty, great communication, and results. If you want as little stress as possible this is the company for you. Highly recommend CPS. Remember there are more than " one agent " in town.

GoogleI've been looking for a rental property for a while. With CPS Armagh I've had a lot of showings with Conor O' Neil. He's been extremely helpful in all aspects. Always getting back to me with my 500 questions. Always prompt and courteous. He also recently helped me with information about a lease which I went on the purchase with CPS. He made everything much smoother. I've had previous experience with other companies and I would highly recommend CPS, the team in Armagh, and Conor.

GoogleCPS were recommended me as a first time buyer. We weren’t sure on our options at first, but Conor Oneill was very understanding and managed the end to end process for us. The house admittingly needed a bit of an update. With his past experience, Conor put us in touch with local building contractors and Armatile where we were able to obtain quotes and shortly after, start renovating our new home. We can’t thank Conor enough for being so understanding and professional. Highly recommended service.

GoogleExcellent Service Throughout CPS handled both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new property, and we were delighted with the service we received. We worked primarily with Conor and Shane, who were both very knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process straightforward. Art, the owner, was also extremely helpful whenever we needed him. The team's communication was excellent, they kept us informed at every stage and were always available when we had questions. What impressed us most was their practical expertise and genuine commitment to getting things done efficiently.
