Not even worth one star. Complete lack of professionalism. Failure to communicate. Don't give full picture of property, estate agent accompanying viewer badly briefed, not very bright, lacking in manners and knowledge. An amateurish and disrespectful agency wasting buyers' time and energy. Avoid this agency at all costs.

Horrible attitude from "area director" in Perth. It is completely understandable that information conveyed is black and white when it comes to the property market, although attitude is not a requirement. Customer skills is at a premium with this man, needs some training or attitude adjustment.
