Judge Estate Agents Anstey reviews

Leasehold? No problem! We had to sell my very elderly Dad's leasehold bungalow in a 'retirement village', after he moved into a care home. The Team were familiar with the 'village' and made sure potential buyers understood the limitations, as well as the benefits, before viewing, so there were no 'time wasters'. The whole process went very smoothly and much more quickly than expected, which made it so much easier for Dad, who was very pleased with the price achieved. The team were always on hand to advise and to deal with any issues/queries straight away. Highly recommended.

Sold a house with one of Leicester’s big high street names, what a traumatic experience. Then bought and sold with Judge, what a difference!. The staff at Judge went over and above to get our purchase completed and our sale was smooth as it could be and cost less then the other high street.

I recently bought a house that was listed/sold by Judge & they were so responsive & helpful. Most estate agents are so difficult to get hold of so it was a breath of fresh air to have Lisa's help with anything I needed throughout the process. They made moving a lot more enjoyable!

Dealt with sale of our flat very smoothly, took a while through no fault of theirs, but without the help of Amanda, Lisa and all at Judge it would have taken much longer. Many Thanks.
