When I became responsible for selling my parents property after they were both deceased, I wasn't sure which estate agents to go to. After looking at reviews, I chose Judge, based in Anstey. Despite many ups and downs along the way, the property has now been sold, and I can't praise Amanda, and Libby enough. They were with me every step of the way. Giving me advice, keeping me completely up to date, and informed. They're very knowledgeable, supportive, and managed to put my mind at rest when things didn't go quite right. I definitely recommend Judge to anyone thinking about selling a property. Thank you Amanda, and Libby ☺️

Thank you to all the staff at Judge Estate Agents - Andrew, Lisa, Amanda and Libby for selling our Mums house which had been empty for 3 years since she went into a care home. The photos, communication and friendliness are second to none. When Andrew arrived to value & take photos he was very friendly and down to earth. I didn't think the house would sell very quickly but Andrew was confident it would, and it did. Within a week we'd received an offer that went through to the end. Upon instruction, the process was quick and easy. Lisa without delay ensured she had all the information required to allow the sale to be advertised. An appointment for photographs was quickly made, with Andrew arriving on time and taking some quality photos for our listing. Andy took the time to speak to us about the whole process and get a good write-up for our listing by asking for accurate information from ourselves. The listing was posted very quickly, with an eye catching photograph and detailed descriptions. We were soon receiving requests to view, which was managed by both Lisa and Amanda. We were kept fully updated around viewing availability, times and importantly feedback from viewers. I felt fully up-to-date with all the developments and had no need to chase up on any information. The feedback given was constructive and fair. We were soon having second viewings. Again, this was managed expertly and with zero delay. We soon received a very acceptable offer. However, the work carried out by Judge Estate Agents did not stop there. Throughout the process, they continued to provide me with updates and were instrumental in pushing for updates and progress further up the chain, who were dragging their heels. Lisa was near daily onto our sellers solicitors trying to help unblock problems and provide us with updates. She literally went above and beyond what was expected of her. 100% happy with the service provided, the interactions throughout and for what was a very reasonable/fair price. Thank you Judge Estate Agents for helping us with our dream move to the seaside.
