GoogleI'd suggest that your staff have some knowledge of the properties you are trying to let. Apparently Union Street or George Yard are not sufficiently specific. The individual that I spoke to chose to put the phone down on me to hide her ignorance.

FacebookWe lived at 3 Anton Court Andover from May 2011 - May 2012 and when I was at work they entered my flat without 24h notice to do viewing when my wife was taking shower! Normal practice for them. Avoid. Expensive and not proffesional.
