GoogleHaving had an abundance of dealings with Estate Agents in the past where I’ve even had to sack the odd one or two due to utter incompetence, I decided to go with Simon Colligan as I immediately warmed to all their staff (Jill and James in particular), whose continued advice and work ethic was nothing short of outstanding from the offset. Upon reflection and having had dealings with numerous estate agents within the area, I would certainly recommend Simon Colligan estate agents in the first instance as they are truly a cut above the rest.

GoogleHaving used Simon Colligan previously, both buying and selling property, when placing our mother's house on the market in early August of this year, we immediately chose Simon Colligan. The whole procedure of the sale took less than 3 months, and within a day of the house being advertised (a first class brochure being produced by Simon Colligan together with online details), we had 6 viewings with several offers, one of which was for the full asking price with no chain. Completion took place on 1 November 2021. Simon Colligan were absolutely first-class in all respects of the sale, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

FacebookWe can’t thank Simon, Jill & Wayne enough!! My mum hadn’t moved house in 50 years, so it could have been a scary process for her. All of the staff made it so easy, and with as little stress as possible. We would have NO hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is planning to move house.

GoogleWorst company I ever had to deal with. They don`t reply to complaints, are unprofessional, don`t hold up on agreements and lie during viewings about how things "will get fixed" before you move in.

GoogleI’m a tenant of one of their flats since 3.5 years ago and although the renting process was difficult due to me being a newly self employed person and foreigner, they helped me a lot and I was able to finally rent the flat. And throughout the time I’ve been their tenant they’ve responded quite quick and efficiently to the issues that have surfaced. I’m specially very happy with my current agency contact Kyle Keating.
