FacebookWe have recently bought and sold with Simon Colligan Estate Agents and highly recommend them. They were friendly, responsive, and worked hard to help move our chain along. It was a stressful process in the current climate but they helped us navigate the road bumps. Thank you to the whole team but especially Jill, Wayne and James for all their help! Highly recommend them over other estate agents in Amesbury (we found certain other agents pushy and impersonal..! But Simon Colligan were great).
Thank you Sarah for your lovely words & recommendation and we’re glad you felt we helped you in what can be an incredibly stressful process. We all wish you lots of happiness in your new home 🏡

GoogleWe had a great experience with the Simon Colligan team at Amesbury. We had last minute issues with our solicitor, but Wayne, Jill and the team were supportive, professional, friendly and helpful throughout and I would highly recommend. Thank you so much.
Thank you Gemma and I hope you are now settled in your new home

GoogleHaving completed my sale today after a long winded process due to Land Registry issues and other niggles I cannot express enough how excellent the service was from Colligans. From start to finish, the level of care, attention and communication I received was outstanding. Totally professional in every way, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend using Colligans to anyone.
Thank you for your review Ursula, I am so pleased you have now completed and thank you for instructing our company to sell your home Jill

GoogleHaving recently bought a house through Simon Colligan I would recommend them to anyone - all of the agents were super friendly and bend over backwards to help you (even with last minute visits to the property). Communication with these guys is so easy and they were hugely helpful both during and after the conveyancing process in communicating with the seller, and with our solicitor to find out for us where we were in the conveyancing process. I’d buy/sell a property through these guys in a heartbeat.
Thank you Tegan We wish you every happiness in your new home

GoogleSawyer is the best estate agency in Brighton. We had a great experience with Hassen that has accompanied us in the sale in our beloved flat in Preston Park. A great deal of professionalism and accountability. He / They come with my highest recommendation!
Thanks so much for your kind words Valentina, we are so glad to have helped sell the apartment in Preston Park.

GoogleI found the customer service outstanding from beginning to end. I would particularly like to give a shout out to Jayne who was never too busy to offer assistance and reassurance in what is potentially a stressful process. Cannot recommend highly enough.

GoogleSimon, Jill and Wayne were fantastic from start to finish of the sale of our (previous) property, Offered fantastic advice on properties we were viewing even not advised through their selfs, and chased everything up without even asking them to do so, they could answer all our questions we asked unlike other agents and would always recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future no question, Thank you.

GoogleMost unprofessional agency!! On 2 occasions I have arranged to view a property, I received my confirmation email and a few days later i receive a new email saying my viewing has been canceled as the property has now been let! How unprofessional, they should allow everyone who has arranged to see it then make a decision, so disappointed! Bad system and rude staff feel like when i spoke to them I was a bother
Thanks for your feedback Laila. I completely understand your frustration of having cancelled viewings. The owners and landlords of the properties give us instructions which we have to follow. Sorry for any inconvenience. I hope you found somewhere suitable

GoogleMaking this as short as possible since i hate writing reviews, but I don't want others to go through the same stress my husband and I experienced. Rude from the start - waited for two weeks to view one flat, we had no problem with that but the customer service was non existent as I tried to ask some questions as to why it wasn't available. employees can't even remember to state their names when you call. Oh, and don't expect them to call you back when they say they will.
Dear Ms Ishibata, We're really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, that's definitely not the standard or quality of care we strive to uphold. We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service so we would be very interested to know more about what happened. Please could you contact us on 01273 778844 to discuss things further? Many thanks.
