I have had to deal with more than a few estate agents over the past year or so, and kingshills estate were my favourite by a mile, they were so professional at all times, happy to help with any questions, and if they didn't have the answer, they came straight back to us with the answer, there was never a time I had to chase after them for anything, and were always there when I needed to talk to somebody. When I was faced with the necessity of selling a house in High Wycombe (more than 100 miles from where I live) my first move, naturally, was to approach a number of estate agents. Not only was Stephen Grace's tone friendly and reassuring, but he also included a wealth of helpful information and advice to get me started on the process. I had not requested that, or even expected it, and none of the other agencies had made that effort, so from that moment I knew that Kingshills was my preferred choice. I have never had reason to regret that decision.
