Katie from Kingshills has been brilliant. She has helped us navigate the process of buying my son's first property, from the first viewing to completion with friendly expert knowledge and communication. Always quickly responsive to answer our queries and push the process along. We would happily recommend her and her team. Thank you Katie!

What else can I say other than absolutely fantastic. Right from the start Susan and David were supportive, enthuiastic and the best we had spoken to by far. Despite the whole process being a nightmare (nothing to do with us or Kingshills - the chain above and below) at no point did the service drop, if anything it just got better. Communication with them was first class, and absolutely nothing I could fault. If only other estate agents, solicitors, removal companies could follow their lead the whole process would be much simpler and stress free. If I was to move again (not any time soon!) I would have no hesitation using Kingshills again, and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My house has just been sold by Kingshills Estate Agents and they were excellent in dealing with this. The care and help they gave me was exceptional. The viewings were all taken care of and not much disruption for me. I was given good advice when I asked and the sale has gone through extremely quickly. A big thank you to Steve and the team for keeping me up to date with what was happening. I would recommend them for your property sale.

Having known James for a good number of years now I didn’t hesitate to reach out to him knowing that he would deliver exactly what I required in a friendly, professional, and exceptionally efficient manner. James had everything covered from start to finish. He made what would ordinarily be a stressful process virtually effortless and I would absolutely recommend speaking with him as your first port of call. Quite honestly I see no reason to look elsewhere. Huge thanks James, and look forward to many more years of doing business with you! All the best to you and the Kingshills team

I cannot recommend Fine & Country St Albans Estate Agents highly enough. Over the last 12 months, Mark Saville and team have successfully sold two of our properties, and their expertise and professionalism have been exceptional throughout the entire process. From the initial valuation to the final sale, they were with us every step of the way, providing valuable advice, regular updates, and exceptional customer service. But their service doesn’t stop there, Fine & Country have also managed our properties for the past 20 years, ensuring everything ran smoothly with both tenants and property maintenance. Lauren King and the lettings team's proactive approach and attention to detail have made them an invaluable partner, and we’ve always felt completely at ease knowing our properties are in their capable hands. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is dedicated, reliable, and highly skilled, look no further than Fine & Country, St Albans. They’ve consistently exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with their service.

Lizzie at Kingshill Estate Agents was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was by far the most proactive and communicative person involved in the whole process, keeping us updated at every stage and always chasing things when needed. She made what can be a stressful experience feel far more manageable, and her professionalism, organisation, and responsiveness really stood out. Kingshill should be very pleased to have her, she’s a real credit to the business. Highly recommend

We can't speak highly enough of Kingshills. From the first call with Helen and her outline of their marketing tools and strategy, to Steve's visit and valuation, to Katie's calm and reasoned assistance throughout a tricky sale, we knew we weren't alone. When you combine an effective sales operation with the human touch, you can't go wrong. Thank you, Kingshills. We're now in our dream home and we'll always be grateful for the part you played.

I brought a house through Kingshill and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service, especially from Stephen. Due to no fault of their own, the process was of buying the house was taking longer than necessary but I was kept up to date with every little step and was never made to feel bad calling up for updates. Exceptional customer service Stephen and team. Thank you!

This has been a top class experience to first let through James for 3 years and then sell with Katie and Steve. Before we left 3 years ago they meticulously got great photos and a walk through of the house. These could then be used for both letting and further down the line selling. They are an extremely professional company but have a great human touch. Selling like many others has had its up and downs but when it was looking a little unsteady Katie jumped in to the rescue mode and we have now sold and off to new adventures. Thank you everyone, can only recommend you all very highly

Kingshills have been superb since we used them as letting agents from August 2022 until last week. To mention in particular, James Charlton and Stephen Grace for their service and responsiveness. Kingshills were efficient, friendly and easy to work with. Thanks to them (and an excellent tenant), we have had a great experience of renting out our flat. Even when it was time to move on and sell the flat, Kingshills were once again on top of matters and we felt their agency fee was reasonable. Well deserved 5 stars & thank you for your service 👏
