Amazing - Wembley Park branch (Agent Sam)
My experience with this letting agent is absolutely amazing. Dealt with the Wembley branch. The agent who helped me was Sam! He was a life-saver in my long search for a place to live. He was understanding, professional, helpful and friendly. He found me a place within a few hours!!! He truly knows what he is doing!!! Also a big thank you to Francis who took my initial call and all my details and was so lovely on the phone. RH

Very professional service. From the initial discussion, Niral had done his research on properties of similar square footage in the area so we could get a really good estimate of what the current value of our property was. He explained his strategy and how he would market our specific property. We had other agents come to quote but none showed the same level of prep work or enthusiasm, which ultimately swung our decision in favour of Hunters. The pictures, virtual video tour and sales brochure were really professional, and Nikki and the team worked really well in a difficult (COVID social distancing) environment getting everything set up along with the viewings. Viewings were stacked up back-to-back on a Saturday which built momentum in buyer interest, and we had offers on the Monday morning, ultimately getting the asking price. We asked for a quick turnaround and got it! Really pleased with the service and would highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I would strongly recommend Hunters if you are looking to sell your property. From the first meeting for an estimate, it was clear Niral was prepared, gave fantastic advice and knew the market really well. Nikki and Niral were supportive throughout the whole process, kept me informed at all times, moved the process along after acceptance of an offer and even provided recommendations for solicitors, removal companies etc. Despite being a small team, there was never any issue with getting hold of them or hearing back from them in good time.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Having purchased our first home through Hunters Amersham, I cannot praise Niral and Nikki highly enough. From our first interaction over the phone, they have both been incredibly professional and responsive. Viewings for properties were carried out in such a safe manner (during these unprecedented times) and the Virtual Tours of prospective properties are far superior to anything we've seen from other agents. We had a very tight deadline to exchange contracts and complete on our home and only because of their support and expertise were we able to achieve everything on time. Niral and his team have set the bar for how an estate agency should operate - I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

AVOID THIS AGENCY!
Hunters (Harlington)- The agents and landlords prioritize money over tenant well-being and are quick to take your deposit while ignoring maintenance requests. Despite multiple issues in our apartment, including faulty electrical work, mold, and poor plumbing that allowed mice to enter, nothing was addressed. However, the landlord was eager to withhold our deposit to "fix" these issues, only to rent the unit out immediately without making any real repairs. Communication is terrible; agents rarely respond to emails or resolve concerns but are quick to chase tenants for payments. Be cautious when dealing with them.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Steven Craig of Hunters for a property view. Stephen is an excellent agent, very personable, professional and prompt in his dealings. We would have no hesitation in endorsing Steven. Keep up the great work!

We had a fantastic experience in dealing with Hunters regarding the purchase of our home. There are hundreds of things that need to fall in place right from the viewings all the way up until completion where the role of an estate agent is absolutely critical. I can definitely vouch for both Nikki and Niral from Hunters Amersham, who have helped made our experience of buying our first home in the UK a very pleasant one.
Dear Vibhor, Thank you so much for your kind review. We are so pleased you were happy with the service you received from us when buying your first home in the UK. Wishing you all the best for the future. Kind regards Nikki and the Hunters team

avoid them, they don't care about tenants
Unfortunately, estate agents usually have exclusive rights on properties and if you find a property you really like, you will have to go through them whether you like it or not. It's also likely that you will only see this review when you have already had problems with Hunters, but just in case this helps anyone, here's my recommendation: avoid them entirely, find another property you like if they are managing it exclusively. After I ended my tenancy, they kept me waiting for weeks and weeks without any kind of information. I could've waited to receive the money of the deposit, but I couldn't accept is the complete neglect and lack of updates they put me through. They didn't return calls (when i called they were always busy) and never answered emails. After trying to contact them again and again, they only decided to do something when I said I would take them to the small claims court if necesary, Even with that, they did reply but with lots of nonsensical excuses. After I got my money I found out that the landlord, unlike me, had been in the loop for everything.I wasn't even notified about the meter readings taken on check-out day by the clerk so that I could close my accounts. Why was I treated so differently? Well, simple, they don't care about tenants, only landlords, because they are the ones giving them their cut, not us.Also, the agents were the ones holding my deposit, so the later the better for them. They were clearly not in a rush to return my deposit.Absolutely unprofessional behaviour from a big estate agent that has offices in multiple places. This is a money-making machine with no consideration for tenants.

Nicole Coombes at Hunters estate agents was so helpful and fab!!…
Nicole Coombes at Hunters estate agents, Middleton; has helped me and my partner (first time buyers and we had no clue about the processes of purchasing a property) she talked and helped us through step by step and made each step clear and understandable. she also did this with such a warm, friendly and professional manner plus she was so patient with me throughout. i would certainly recommend hunters and certainly Nicole Coombes was just fablous with us. we now, thanks to nicole at hunters, moved into out first, soon to be family home

Cooling off period contract disparity…
Cooling off period contract disparity with hunters. We signed up to sell our property then changed our minds over the weekend as we are entitled to do under the 14 day cooling off period. There is a clause in the contract which contradicts this entitlement so be warned if you change your mind. The measure of any company is how they react! In our case, demand for payment and threat of debt collection when no work had been done. Be warned my fellow house moversThe sooner estate agents are regulated, the better for all concerned!!! Ombudsman your time to shine

Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother!
Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother. From the moment we met Justin at Hunters, I should’ve sensed that something was wrong. He was full of the miracles he was going to work, how he would sell our house in days, not weeks or months. We fell for his lip service, telling ourselves it was enthusiasm, and listed with them.We thankfully negotiated to not pay the £165 he was asking for up front for “professional” photographs. This was one of our better decisions - the photos were less than ideal. I had to ask Hunters to re-edit them and turn down the saturation as all of the oak wood throughout our home looked bright orange! The photographer was from an external company and was also an arrogant piece of work. After a week or so on the market had passed with zero communication from Hunters, I called them to ask for an update. I was met with very little response and that they were not sure why there had been no interest (remember how I said Justin would sell it in “days, not weeks”...).I let another week pass to the same tune, no communication. I called again and their response was “let’s rejig the order of the photos on Rightmove”. Still nothing, and still no more communication. Our house is in a desirable area and is immaculately presented, so at this point I’m failing to see what the issue is. I’m asking Hunters who also have no idea. However the most worrying part was when I asked what their next steps were... blank. Nothing. No idea.Katy came out to see the house, supposedly so she could speak about it with first-hand experience to interested parties. I explained on her visit that I would like regular communication regarding the plan and next steps. I should point out that in my line of work I have to manage several projects at once and I often have to update stakeholders on progress. If progress is delayed, I am expected to reason out why and think of next steps - this is simply what I was asking Hunters to do.COMMUNICATE.After 5 weeks, we had whispers of a viewing. So I handed over the keys as we weren’t going to be around. I expressly stated that viewers are to either remove their footwear or wear shoe covers upon entering. I reiterated this as it had already been said on four separate occasions to two members of the team.I returned home to boot prints on my carpets. I have white carpets in my bedrooms.I turned on my CCTV which allows me to see into my porch way - no shoes were removed, and no covers applied. Absolute basic request, and disrespectfully not followed.I looked over the rest of the viewing, granted only from the outside of the property and also noticed an incredibly stupid move; When we left before the viewing, we put the bins out at the top of the drive. After collection, some ‘helpful’ individual decided to move the bins more into the drive where they were blocking the pathway down, sat just above some steps and right next to my car.Charlotte from Hunters arrived to do the viewing; She squeezed herself between the bins/car to go open up. She then squeezed herself back through to go wait for the viewer at the top of the drive. They arrive, and they all squeeze themselves past again. WHY NOT MOVE THE BINS?!?! What a brilliant first impression to make! Honestly, basic lack of intelligence shown at this point. After we came home and saw this, I asked for our keys back. Three days later and they’re not posted back through the door. There were whispers of another viewing but by this point I’d absolutely had enough of Hunters lack of professionalism, respect and communication. Basic things that they’re failing on.I terminated the contract (14 days notice negotiated, don’t let them fob you off with more) and went with another agent!Oh - and then they respond to your review to call you a liar. Real smooth.

Useless from day 1.
Useless as an agent. They do not even know their own contracts. As a tenant I was left out to dry. They did not want to know when I had an issue. I was basically told to pay for what I had signed up for. Although the contract I had signed had a get out clause that I was having to quote to them to get them to talk to myself. All via email. Absolutely useless and contact was slow and usually at the end of a working day so as I couldn't get a follow up response till at least the next day or longer. I ended being told to shut up and put up in not so many words. Pay what you owe. Which was never an issue I just wanted out! They struggled to deal with the scenario and even when they did act upon my instructions it was very labored. The manageress was no better than the person in charge of the letting. I had to put her straight a few times and quote her own mistakes. Constant battle to get them to take action with the landlord or reply to myself.after being forced £580 to pay for a service that they had on file was a joke. I asked for the full works if I was having to pay for it. Photos etc. But the refused to come and take them. I'm not saying they robbed me, I'm telling you! I seriously doubt that the landlord was paying that sort of money for that service every time they required a new tenant. Finally after paying a lot of money for a house I never touched they managed to get some other poor soul to rent the property. If you are a landlord. It's not all about the money. Stop being horrible people and make nice house for people to make into homes. If the property you let out is a mess than people will not rent it unless they are desperate like myself at the time. Would you live in it!!???

First time buyers and have always heard horror stories about estate agents … this can’t be said for Niral, Nikki and the rest of the team at Hunters. From our first contact with them, they put us at ease and made the process very straight forward, constantly updating us and being clear on next steps. Our whole process from start to finish was well under the UK average. Would highly recommend!
Dear Max, Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are so pleased you were happy with the service you received from us when buying your first home. Wishing you all the best for the future. Kind regards Nikki and the Hunters team
