GoogleWe had an appointment to view a property on Long Meadow road alfreton last Friday at 11.30am, confirmed by email, waited till 11.40am tried to phone them no dialing sound at all, so tried to email them on their email address which was returned as no email address found, this was off their Web site, eventually someone answered the phone they had no record in their diary about this viewing and we had travelled from Mansfield, they apologised and said would be around in 5 min. Viewed the property where photos on the website had obviously taken way before rental had left the garden like a tip, they said they would phone me today about the viewing, it's now just past 15.30 and no call, don't use this company to sell your property what a waste of time

Dear John I am sorry and rather shocked that you felt the need to leave our company this, quite frankly, malicious review. You are correct that we had had an issue with our diary system on this day and for some reason your viewing had been removed, however as soon as you called and informed us that you were waiting at the property, we arrived within 5 minutes and conducted the viewing. We apologised profusely when we arrived as this is not a situation that we have found ourselves in before (or since) and we believe that you replied, ‘don’t worry, these things happed’. Which of course they do, no matter how hard our team endeavours to provide an exemplary service, occasionally mistakes happen as none of us are infallible. We went about the viewing, and everything seemed fine. You did not inform us at the time that you had struggled to contact us via email or telephone, and as no one else has reported any such problems then we can only assume this was probably a signal issue. The images of the garden were taken at a better time of year, which is why they present a different image than what you would see in Autumn/Winter months. However, the garden is the same and is being cared for whilst the property is on the market. We had tried to call you for feedback but have not heard back from you and therefore assumed you were no longer interested in this property. If you are still interested in this property, then you are welcome to contact us. As you will see from the many 5-star reviews that our independent, family run company has received that we are an excellent choice to sell or let a property with.
