GoogleRichard and his team have been amazing! I had just stated a new job and he worked out an agreement with our landlord. 3 years later we have purchased a home and both Landlord and Richard were fantastic. Thank you WPR!

GoogleWPR managed a chain with several challenges very well and we were able to complete the sale of a retirement flat at the price that we declared at probate. So a very satisfactory conclusion.

Many thanks Ian, we are delighted we were able to complete your sale - as you say it was a challenging chain but very happy we got there in the end. Best wishes from all at WPR in Alton.

GoogleExcellent work getting our beautiful but quirky house over the line! WPR certainly earned their fee in this case. Special mention goes to Polly and Susy for handling negotiations with the buyers regarding challenging timescales. Very professional, friendly service from all.

GoogleClare & Polly were particularly professional & diligent in instilling a sense of urgency in the buyer's team - their constant communication ensured that any potential delays were dealt with swiftly.

GoogleI would highly recommend WPR as they offer an extremely professional and high quality service. Our house purchase took longer than expected due to market factors, but the communication, advice and insight from Polly and the team meant we felt in control and this proved very reassuring during the periods of uncertainty. This is an excellent local business and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other house buyers and sellers in the area.

GoogleClive came today to give a probate valuation. I made it clear from the outset that the property isn’t likely to be marketed soon, so I was taking his time for no return. He was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. WPR will always be my first choice of local estate agent.. Their staff know the area inside out and are friendly and approachable. Definitely the best local company.

GoogleSo disappointed in WPR. Claimed that I would have no problems selling my house in the middle of town and had about 10 viewings in 5 months in a really boyant market. Could not even sell my home. One of the staff had not come equipped to give buyers information. Unaware of where my 2 parking spaces and the communal garden were. Would not recommend!
