Terrible experience renting a property from start to finish- late to attend a viewing, bringing the wrong keys, loosing paperwork, not putting down the right deposit amounts (by a few hundred!), giving the wrong timescales for moving-in, not sending documents on time, not having tenancy agreements ready, loosing the keys again, giving us the wrong details for the property management company, and sending us vital information almost two weeks late. We now have the perfect home but I won't be going near Homes again.

We've had some fairly horrific experiences with Estate Agents in Alton, Hampshire in the past, but Homes are by far the best I've come across over the years. They cover all bases when moving and take the stress away from the process. The specific Sales Progression team are pure genius and a make a real difference to ensuring the legal and mortgage process are followed through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Homes to anyone.
