We cannot speak highly enough of Homes. The whole team were amazing when dealing with our house sale and land purchase. We always found them approachable, contactable and thoroughly professional. Our main point of contact was Rob Price - what can we say other than an he is an absolute star. Rob really knows the local market and has a real eye for the deal that needs to be done. He was continually contacting us to update or just reassure about the process. Without doubt the best estate agent experience we have ever had- this is our 4th house sale. As a local lawyer, it is always a pleasure to work with Homes Estate Agents, Alton. The team (Rob, Justin, Liana, Abbie, Gemma and Jake) are always on hand to ensure that the conveyancing process is as smooth as possible for all involved- myself included! Good communication is vital in conveyancing and Homes Estate Agents excel in this regard. Whilst Liana is the main point of contact in terms of sales progression, I can go to any of the team members with an issue and their first response is always ‘How can I help?’. Time and time again, I have witnessed Homes Estate Agents go above and beyond to provide the best customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to prospective sellers. The conveyancing process is often not without a hurdle or two along the way but having Homes Estate Agents on call to help navigate any issues is priceless!

I do not normally leave reviews but in this instance I feel I must. The whole team at Homes Alton have been excellent. I mainly dealt with Abbie for the purchase of a property and although always acting nothing but professional she also struck that perfect balance of also being very friendly. She was always polite, very prompt for viewings and arrived with property knowledge having done her homework. Communication which is key never failed to disappoint and when necessary, she was not afraid to do the hard work and go above and beyond to make ‘things happen’. Thank you Abbie in particular but also the whole team at Homes Alton, you made from this side what can be very hard, very easy….

Based on the sale of our property, I can recommend Homes most highly. Our propterty proved difficult to sell and took almost a year, because of problems which arose from surveys. Having lived in the property for the last 15 years, we had become used to the place, and had not really appreciated the number of outstanding jobs, or the sheer amount of work and cost which would be required to bring it up to a modern standard inside and out. As the scale of the work became more obvious, it also became clear that we would need to find a buyer who could see the potential and was prepared to take on a project. Homes did a brilliant job of finding such a buyer, and navigating the sale to a successful conclusion through some troubled waters. For this they have our eternal gratitude.
