The most stressful transaction that one can make is buying a new home. However the team at Henley Gate has made the process to date stress free. Every step of the way I feel in control of the process because the team communicate with me in a timely manner. The systems in place for the purchase are top drawer, well done Crest Nicholson.

The build was delayed by 6 months with no communication.We then moved in and are constantly having to chase to get the snagging done. If you want to work full time chasing a company who do not care if your house is safe then go ahead. If not stay well clear.

Apaling customer service and aftercare. Once they sold the place- they don’t care anymore. They would only fix the minor snagging issues however the major problems that are more expensive - they would not touch. Involved NHBC now. Management is just hiding behind the emails and would not even speak to residents. The properties are over marketed for what they are

Six years after completion of our purchase in Bolnore Village we still have significant defects outstanding.Despite endless emails it drags on and on. Poor customer service and very stressful.Finally after 6 weeks delay Crest responded saying they could only assist if I emailed them directly - which is precisely what I have been doing for 6 YEARS. What a pathetic response.

You can see from the 5* reviews - these are relating to sales offices and BEFORE buying with Crest. The more accurate 1* reviews, are once they have your money, you then receive shocking customer service, a shoddy/ poor quality home and hundreds of snags. Would never recommend Crest Nicholson to anyone.

I dont understand how this company can sign off properties with such shoddy building work. 4 year old houses needing re-plastering, uneven walls and door frames. undercoating but no top coat on en suite shower ceilings. never buy house as seen they will RIP u off.I know as I've repaired enough of the work that was completed under this company on oakgrove in milton Keynes
