GoogleRight from the beginning, Ghai's approach was amazing. A great experience! He was very good at keeping me informed of what was happening, what he was doing and what his next steps were. GoogleI start the collaboration with Homelet in 2020 when everything was chaotic, Mr Guy and him team had the patience and explain everything and offered all the information that I need as soon as possible, because all the views were available only online was hard to realise the condition of property by example how clean or the walls condition, but when open the door of the house I was very pleased to see everything was as I been told. When the collaboration came to an end again I only have to thank for my heart for everything. I wish for the team at Homelet all the best, keep up the good work.

GoogleI was looking for house in Alfreton in November- December 2019. I went for help from Homeletsuk Alfreton. The lady in there call Lorna discussed everything with me and showed me many properties around Alfreton. But they delayed the process and the reason for that was they were asking for self credit check report because they couldn’t get done. Am an international student who lived in UK for only 2 years and how can I be able to provide my credit check? And also didn’t accept my guarantor who’s already had ILR in this country they’re not aware what’s ILR in first place. Totally nonsense I was homeless because of this Homeletsuk for 3 months. And also they haven’t refunded my application charges yet. Please note. There are other professional home letting agencies in Alfreton who are free and good. Sanj always goes above and beyond to help to ensure that you are happy with everything - he even messaged on my move in date to say good luck which i think was a really nice touch and makes you feel like a valued customer. Providing a sense comfort and security, very professional and always willing to help. If a situation should arise it would take one phone call and they will do their upmost to help, whatever the problem. Even if you need financial advice on moving into a new home they will help to let you know what you can afford. I've had had several properties with them and so have several friends and family.
