GoogleCan't speak highly enough about 'Choice Properties' - especially Faye, keeping me up to date on progress and sharing local knowledge on the area for restaurants etc... really helped me to find my way around.

GoogleWe saw a property that was advertised on their website and spent the weekend researching and planning finances to purchase for cash outright. When I phoned first thing Monday morning with the intention to put an offer in for the property at full asking price I was told that it had already been sold. Because the vendors could not find a property themselves to move to, the vendors apparently requested it stay advertised. I think as an estate they should not have endorsed this request and waste potential purchases time and energy. If a property is sold subject to contract or under offer it should say so on the website. I am not only disappointed but find this behaviour immoral especially to the people that are in the process of buying it.

GoogleBest estate agents I have ever used. A first class service was provided from the outset by Rachael and her staff. Highly professional and always approachable with every effort being made to market and sell our property at the best price. The property realised significantly more than market prices quoted by other estate agents.

GoogleMyself and my partner used Choice Properties fairly recently to purchase our first home and I could not fault them. The girls in the office are very helpful and provide a first class and professional service. Being a first time buyer we obviously had alot of questions and Choice Properties went up and beyond to provide us all the information we required to complete our purchase as fast and painless as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone!

GoogleLooking down your nose at someone while looking up at them is a rare gift only Estate agents and doctors receptionists possess. Rachel at choice Properties Alford nailed it. Obviously, being from the south my sort are not wanted in these parts. Nor, is my Queens Head stamped credit knotes. All smiles while taking our details to arrange a phantom viewing of no. 26. Situated 2 doors down from choice. Shop front has been empty for over 6 years. I dislike directors of pocket companies that decide the fate of others. This woman is no exception.
