I have recently been looking to find a new place and had the pleasure of being served by Beth who was utterly professional, knowledgeable, efficient and prompt with her communication and customer service. Would suggest Beth to any one who is looking for a new property.

TrustpilotThey are ok
They are ok. Some interactions have been positive, it really depends who you speak to. At the end of my tenancy I experienced a letting agent letting himself in while I was home without checking first if I could accommodate a viewing. This was quite disturbing as I lived there alone.

We have recently exchanged contract for a property in Winkfield Row. The property was part of a lengthy chain but with the support and dedication of Beth and Betsy this eventually came to completion. We were getting regular updates on the progress of this purchase and they were always responsive to our enquiries.

TrustpilotDon't rent with them.
Hopeless. Lied about what worked when I rented the property, were rude when I questioned the cleaning costs and always took the landlords side against the tenantn. Rent out your property with them but don't rent from them. They are terrible

TrustpilotGreat support
Our transaction support coordinator was Aimee Smith. Her help and support really made the process run smoothly and helped alleviate any worries. During our search and the process of finding a buyer we really appreciated the support from Callum, Connor and Adam, and of course Josh from the Bracknell branch.
