TrustpilotBeckie Baxter - what a star!
We have been dealing with Beckie Baxter for over a year as our property manager and she is an absolute blessing! Quick to respond to issues or queries, handles my frustrations with an irritating landlord with much grace and diplomacy and throughout COVID has kept me well informed of changes to the usual protocol. We will miss having her assistance when we move to our new home this summer!

TrustpilotMade our House Purchase as Stress-free as possible!
Very quick, very easy process to buying our first house through Prospect. Beth and the whole office were happy to answer any questions we had, give access to the property when needed and ensured the process was done smoothly and stress-free. Would highly recommend and would happily sell and buy through them in the future.

TrustpilotThanks Beth from Prospect Warfield
Beth helped us with our first property which sadly fell through and despite this continued looking for the right home for us until we found it. She managed the parties’ expectations well throughout the sale process and today we exchanged! Thanks again to Beth at Propsect Warfield, we are so grateful that you went above and beyond

TrustpilotDiscourteous and incompetent
The lettings team in Maidenhead are terrible. Uncommunicative, discourteous and, ultimately, incompetent. Maybe it was just our experience but be warned. We will not be using them again.(PS I've chosen to leave out the names of the agents involved as I feel identifying individuals is a bit too pointed. Therefore, I am leaving this review as broad experience of my unhappy experience.)

Agnese Rees has provided exceptional management of my rental property - ensuring any repairs are immediately addressed and always keeping the landlord up-to-date with progress. Agnese has always shown to be very proactive, helping to liaise with the management company's repair team to set up a suitable date / time to conduct the repairs. I highly recommend Prospect and having Agnes as your property manager!

TrustpilotPositive experience as a landlord.
I have a property in Sandhurst which is being managed by Chloe. As a landlord I have faced a number of challenging situations with the property, I am grateful for the excellent service I have received from Chloe. I have valued her professionalism, knowledge and excellent communication. Should we continue to rent this property the relationship I have built with Chloe would be a positive influence on that Decision.
