GoogleGreat service from the team at Prospect. They have looked after two of my properties for many years now and I always get great service. Matt and Kelly are particularly helpful. Everything is well organised with detailed reports, and quick resolutions to any repair works or fixes by a good team of contractors. I would recommended them to any residential landlord.

We rented out a property for 17 months with Prospect and I must admit, we were lucky to have been appointed Julie Jacobs as our property manager. Very honest, reliable and above all extremely helpful with everything, especially with any of maintenance issues we had during the stay. Julie is very kind and humble and would go out of her way to help out. Thank you so much Julie for everything you did for us.

Simply put they are the best. My mother died in June and as Executor I called on 3 Estate Agents to value her house. I was fortunate to have Ryan Tucker from Prospect Maidenhead visit. He has been highly professional from the outset and was the only one who gave a realistic assessment in valuing the house. Despite Propects fees being slight higher than the other agents, I definitely made the right choice in choosing Prospect. Ryan and his team have worked very hard to sell my mothers house and we now have a buyer. Throughout I have been given immediate feedback following viewings. I have also been provided with excellent advice and support, in what has been a very difficult and stressful sale due to the behaviour of other family members. If you want an Estate Agent that provides a quality service then use Prospect at Maidenhead.

Having used Prospect for just a year. I found their service to be outstanding. Beckie Baxter was our property manager and she ensured that we were well taken care of. Any issues we had was handled in a timely and efficient manner. Even when we unexpectedly needed to extend the contract, Beckie and her team leapt into action to make sure we could remain the extra time. Great service.

I have dealt with Beckie Baxter on numerous occasions whilst being a tenant, in some cases through some difficult times and most recently as I’ve extended my tenancy agreement. Beckie has always kept me informed on all matters and guided me through the documentation and also chased me (politely) when needed. Really impressed with the service from Prospect, and Demi and Shaun in particular. We have just exchanged - it was a bit of a drawn out process (isn’t it always!) but I have no doubt it would have been much much longer without the tireless work of Demi and Shaun- always at the end of an email or telephone. They helped moved things along and were great at arranging extra viewings for us and accompanying builders and surveyors to keep pressure on. The communication has been fantastic throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Hopefully won’t need to move for some time (!) but if/when we do decide to move I will definitely be calling Prospect.

I am purchasing a purpose built flat for my 84 year old mother who really doesn't want to move. Had a viewing with Grace and she totally put my mum at ease, had the patience to put up with mums hearing aid not working and just made the whole viewing a pleasant experience. Like every business it's all about the people. Danniella is thorough and always gets to the task in hand. She's proactive and listens to what I have to say diligently, be it good or bad. Things do go wrong, no fault of Danniella, but when I raise an issue she grabs 'the bull by the horn' and gets it sorted. People and their commitment to service are the secret (but simple) recipe to building happy customers - Danniella has this nailed down and practices it in every interaction I have with her - [5 Stars].As for Prospect the business, I am always cautious of letting agents as a Landlord, but to be balanced while we have had a few occasions to disagree they have always been reasonable and that is the source of building trust and loyalty [4 Stars].
