GooglePromises made by Belvoir regarding the rental my property have consistently been broken. I am trying to get rid of them letting my property by terminating the tenants, as I am so disappointed and fed up with numerous people with Belvoir Aldershot. I found out how bad they were after a few months, and realised I had made a HUGE mistake - now a year on I can now give a Section 22 to the tenants and move my business to in my opinion a professional lettings agency.

GoogleThis was my first time renting from Belvoir Aldershot and I have had a really good experience. The process was quick and clear and I always got a quick response to any questions. The letting agents I dealt with were Amy and Megan who were very helpful and made the process so much easier, the staff at this branch all seem very friendly and are always happy to help. I would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone that is looking at renting.

GoogleBelvoir have managed our rental property for many years and we had a very positive experience during this time. When we decided to sell, Belvoir seemed the obvious choice. The ladies at Belvoir were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, especially Elaine. What stood out for me was Elaine's open, honest, transparent style of communication. Of course, there were obstacles in our path to make the sale more challenging but Elaine was always available to talk it through and managed to resolve the issues quickly. Elaine is very approachable and professional and I will miss our weekly Friday update call! Thank you to everyone at Belvoir for making the sale of our flat as stress free as possible. I wish you every success for the future!

GoogleBelvoir have been our agents for a while now. We had to evict a tenant recently and they managed it all very professionally. A new tenant was found and moved in, in just over a month. In addition to this they arranged for contractors to get the house rentable again. All this was done in time for the new tenant to move in. Thank you to Catherine Bland, Sarah Hood & Leah.

GoogleBelvoir have been managing my property for a few years now but my recent experience at the Aldershot branch was dealt with speedily and professionally and the advice was excellent. I needed a new tenant and a refurb and this could not have been handled better. I was kept up to date at all times and they never forgot an instruction. Well done to Sarah and all the girls at Aldershot branch.

GoogleNever dealt with a company so unprofessional. We went to a house for a viewing and they didn’t even bother to call to cancel it.
Dear Pina, Thank you for your review. The lady supposed to conduct the viewing called sick right after she entered the office. We had to call ambulance. We apologise to you, we had to prioritise the situation and went late notifying you regarding the cancellation. We are happy to re-schedule at your convenience time slot even if it is out of office hours.
