An excellent experience from start to finish

Jane Bishop was wonderful throughout this difficult process (the sale of my late mother's house during lock down presenting both emotional and practical issues). She was easy to approach, she was quick to respond to messages, she went above and beyond in helping: for instance, she ensured that an agent went to the house weekly (even if there was not a viewing) to check on it for insurance purposes as it was an empty house. She facilitated the removal of some contents to local charities. And the house sale went through smoothly from one of the early viewings, achieving the asking price. Jane was exemplary throughout, and did not relinquish her attention to detail even after the house was under offer.

Selling a home during Covid-19 was never going to be easy but the team at Jackson-Stops in Dorking kept the momentum going and when the initial chain collapsed, further down the chain, they were straight back on it, finding another buyer quickly. Lesley from Jackson Stops is the best

We have moved around a lot and dealt with some of the worst people in this industry. But as a new tenant and having the little things ironed out and fixed as soon as humanly possible, Lesley Coppack has been absolutely outstanding. We are not sure if this is a function of not being in inner city London or what, but I don't want that to detract from Lesley's speed of service and all around competence to do a stellar job. Matthew and his team sold our house in August 2020. They were professional, friendly, efficient and very easy to deal with. Nothing but praise

Absolute first rate service from initial valuation of our house, managing (a sometimes tumultuous!) sales process, through to a successful completion.
