I've been a landlord with Jackson Stops…

I've been a landlord with Jackson Stops East Sussex for several years now. The team have helped me during a particularly difficult time and with a very bad tenant. In particular I can say Katie, Helen, Bronwen and Becky in accounts have been absolutely fantastic. Katrin has just taken over as my letting agent and I'm sure I will have just as good a relationship with her. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Jackson-Stops: But the team keeps going.

Staff were always cheerful and helpful within the Agent. Although probably down to health circumstances, it was a shame we only had contact with the Director dealing with us once. The photographers they chose did not really provide good quality output and weren't particularly sympathetic to the Covid 'guidelines'. So, I would suggest they review their partners that they outsource such aspects to. Fees are on the high side.
