With an incredibly complicated property, we had a task on our hands to complete the sale of it. Without Nick, I honestly don't know what we would have done. He went above and beyond to help with all the obstacles that we encountered and he was so helpful with the whole process from many visits out, helping with solicitor co-ordination and other meetings. I have been sceptical in the past with Estate Agents we have used for both sales and purchases who are unhelpful or just don't answer the phone but my faith has been restored with Nick and I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking to buy or sell. Could not ask for more from the service.

Sold in just 11 days in a cooling market after 6 viewings and 4 offers. Will heads a well staffed, enthusiastic team and the whole office came to see the house so they could confidently deal with any enquiries. The photos were superb . We had most dealings with Carolyn who kept us well informed , offered sage advice and crucially helped hold the chain together at the end We were impressed with her quiet tenacity and willingness to put the calls in to make things happen . We had a terrible experience with Andrew Nowell, we were told our offer on a property was declined by the seller, however we don't believe him as we had a lovely viewing with the owner direct, so we contacted her and apparently the owner was told we no longer interest in the property and didn't make any offer. But luckily Andrew Nowell claimed he found the owner another buyer which offered lower for the property compare to us. I am not sure there is any conduct or code this estate agent should had follow, But no doubt our experience was extremely unprofessional, don't be fool by how long he had been in the area. I would not recommend Andrew Nowell to either seller or buyer.NegativeProfessionalism

A zero if I could rate them. MY husband and I spent our entire life savings on a house in Alderley Edge. AJ Nowell who worked for the vendors were not only inefficient, and never ever listened to what we asked.... ULtimately, today, we finally got the house 9 months later and it is filthy. The oven is very unclean and the fridge has jam spilled over it and it smells. We are super disappointed and I am in tears. We spent over 1 million pounds, AJ Nowell must have made atleast 11000 plus VAT in fees, and it was filthy. I do not even want to move into this house. I know it's the vendor's responsibility to clean the house, but the vendor is very inconsiderate. I wonder if I should ask the agents, AJ Nowell to send a cleaner, but I know they will not, as the deal is done. Sell and forget. PLease avoid them at all costs.
