We had a great experience working with Carolyn Charnley during the purchase of our new home. From the outset, she was approachable, professional, and always willing to help with any queries we had. Carolyn was accommodating in arranging multiple viewings and ensuring access for surveys, which made the process much smoother for us. She maintained excellent communication throughout, liaising promptly with the seller and consistently keeping us updated and reassured that everything was progressing as it should. We sold our house in Wilmslow through Andrew J Nowell & Co. It took 5 months to find a buyer and a further 4 months to exchange contracts and complete the sale process. Ours is a fairly unique victorian villa in Wilmslow that attracts a very niche buyer and we expected it might be difficult to find one. But our experience couldn't have been better, really. Andrew J Nowell & Co. handled everything, from creating the marketing materials to accompanying all viewings and they were absolutely brilliant. They are local and therefore very knowledgeable of the housing market in Wilmslow and they offered an approachable team to sell our house and a personalised service. I am very grateful to the whole team, but particularly Carolyn and Will, for their kindness, professionalism and expertise. Carolyn was incredibly helpful with the viewings, which were very challenging to manage with our teenage son's room generally in a horrible state (including teenager still in bed most of the time!) and our dog yapping and irritating any prospective buyers. She was great, very considerate and always communicating well with us, whatever the issue. She went above and beyond to push the sale through when the chain threatened to collapse on multiple occasions, and was always receptive to requests for information and support with the legal and admin side of things. Overall, a very positive experience of what can be a very stressful life event, and I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew J Nowell & Co. to you if you want to sell your house quickly and with minimum fuss.

The sale of Heawood Hall was completed on Monday of this week. Nick and his team at Andrew Nowell could not have performed better throughout the sales process. I first met Nick in February of this year, our journey together since that time has been memorable, for only positive reasons. Nick has proactively, and positively, created an attitude, approach and culture within his newly acquired business, which will be the solid foundation to develop and grow the business, a huge credit to him. Transitions during the changes in business ownerships are never easy. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional service which has been offered by the "new" Andrew J Nowell & Co. Thanks to Nick, we achieved a sale, during increasingly challenging times in the economy. We bought our house through AJN, and, as we were so impressed with the service that, when it was time to sell, we decided to use them again. We were not disappointed! Nick was superb, advising us with his expertise throughout the process. We were not selling a multi-million pound mansion, but to AJN that did not matter - we received first class service. All members of the team visited the house so they had first-hand knowledge of our property for viewings. We had four offers and were given clear, unbiased feedback on the potential buyers' positions, allowing us to make the right decision for us.
