Suitable Tenants were found quickly and all paperwork was handled efficiently. They organized and managed any repairs and maintenance for us which was important to us since we were not in a position to do this ourselves. We find this very hard to believe Jubilee. The vast majority of our rental properties are tenanted, so it is very normal practice of ours to arrange viewings whilst a property is tenanted, we do this day in and day out. We would therefore suggest that maybe you have just been impatient.

We sold our house with Sanders and Sanders recently. It’s been a really long process for us with lots of bumps along the way related to a the market crash!
But the Sanders team gave us loads of support and help, especially when dealing with other estate agents we were having to deal with in a new area!
Sanders were always reassuring and sadly had to put up with a lot of very aggressive behaviour and calls from some nasty estate agents in Cornwall (Lillicrap and Chilcott if anyone is wondering who NOT to use).
Overall, the team deal with a lots of frustrated parties and useless solicitors and still managed to stay calm and helpful to their clients! So thanks so much to the whole team for your help in selling our house 🙌🏼🍾🥂

GoogleSales prevention office, popped in Thursday and asked to view 1 bed popery 5 minutes from the office before Sunday. They advised my partner and I They were busy but would call back with a viewing time on Friday. It's now Tuesday, and we've heard nothing. We made the advisor aware we are cash buyers with no chain. Lazy, how can you not have time to show a 1 bed property on 5 minutes for your shop door.
Ridiculous, they are charging the vendor for a service but delivering nothing. Most certainly a lost sale by them.
You will see their response that we wanted to view the same day. That's not true. We came in around 3 pm and were due to meet someone elsewhere shortly afterwards. Obviously unable to listen and make clear, precise notes. We made it very clear that we returned to London on Sunday and were available to view until then.
