GoogleI went to view a property with my dad and were ushered out of the property by the estate agent. No prior information that we were scheduled for 15 min slot. John the agent was rude, dismissive and very unprofessional. I was willing to pay the asking price.... No sale now! I'll find a much more professional company to address my property needs.

Hi Ravinder, I'm sorry your not happy, I've spoken to our Wibsey office & John confirmed to me that you were late for the appointment and he had to be quick as it would have a knock on effect for the next customer, but he wasn't rude just rushing, due to Covid 19 we can not do open viewings so 15 mins slots mean you get the property to yourself with less contact risk, the property sold for a price above your offer.

GoogleJust spoken to someone in Bradford branch ,he was very rude kept on talking over me i was intresed in a property wich I cant view unless I provide proof iv already sold mine .How on earth does that work you sell your property to buy one but you can only view it online until you have sold yours ...corona has deffos got to them in office ..distance please 🙏 😢

Hi Ishrat, sorry you thought we were been rude, The property ombudsman guidance was that agents should demonstrate that buyers wishing to have a physical viewing, should be in a position to proceed, so we need to check the chain & mortgage details etc first, otherwise the potential for spreading Covid 19 will increase. We value your safety, vendors, and staff so we'll ask you to remove the 1 star, most people reading this hopefully will support & understand why we have to follow the guidance. Your correct I've had the virus and recovered and its not good, If you would like to talk to me or would like the guidance notes I would be happy send them to you.

GoogleI recently sold my property through ww estates. The buyer was demanding and throughout, ww estates remained very helpful, supportive and professional. Both Ian and Claire communicated well and quickly with any problems that arose and made the process much less stressful than it may have been

GoogleIan and his team at WW Estates sold our house twice in 3 weeks.. they were extremely helpful and friendly throughout even though we were going through lock down Angie kept me up to date with what was happening.
