GoogleGreat service from local experts. I had three estate agent view and value the property, from outset description was far better with WW Estates, the others also wanted to put my property on market at a much lower price. It actually achieved over asking and this was due to number of buyers lined up by the sales team. Would highly recommend

GoogleWW Estates were excellent from the very first contact. They provided excellent advice on sale price and their work continued after the sale was agreed. They liaised continually with our solicitor and that if the buyer to minimise delays and were cheerful and professional throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleFirst Rate service from start to finish by all the staff at WW Wibsey who made the stressful time of our move to New Zealand as easy as it possibly could have been. Special mention to Tayla for her tireless efforts to sort out problems as they arose that I couldn't, and to Tom who guided us through the process of selling in a calm and efficient way. Their communication skills are second to none. I would highly recommend WW for their professional service and value for money at a very stressful time for us selling up and leaving the country. GoogleUnder valued my property intentionally by 10k . They only care about their fees . Also tried to sell my property to their selected customers avoiding asking price . I have evidence to prove how they undervalued my property. I kept it safe both valuations copy for future Now company owner is threatening us to take us to court for my review I donβt mind as long as itβs lawful . Years ago I wanted buy a property from them I paid full brokers fee from their mortgage broker. Paid broker fee in full , nearly 1k for my solicitor. I was just about to take the key from them , then received call from them seller not selling the house, I lost over 2k .I tried to sell one of my propertyβs about 5/6 years ago through them , property was in market over year they couldnβt sale .now again β¦β¦ Owner behaviour is really unprofessional and inappropriate over telephone I am concerned about our safety now YOU DID NOT SALE MY HOUSE SO PLEASE STOP LYING. And yes I will prove to everyone how unprofessional your companies and staffs are .i sympathise for your outcome and I promise the outcome will be press charged. Just be patience please. .
Now paid in full + costs. When we sell your property we have a right to ask for our sales fee.

GoogleWW sold our house and I can honestly say that the service received from Louise, Claire and Pam was exceptional.....not to mention James and Ian from the start made everything smooth for us....nothing was too much to ask and we were kept updated throughout the transaction.......I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling their home in the near future :)

GoogleWW Estate Agents are without doubt the BEST estate agents I have ever come across. I would highly recommend using their services, for either buying or letting. These guys go the extra mile as standard. In an arena where no-one seems to care once theyοΏΌ have your cash, these guys are the complete exception to that. They have worked tirelessly to help me and my family, through no additional benefit to themselves (other than the fact they are completely decent, hard-working individualοΏΌs that genuinely care).
