GoogleExcellent experience of selling a house subject to probate. Realistic advice on price, sold very quickly to first buyer for a fair price. Local knowledge good and their ability to organise additional services such as house clearance etc made the task easy. Diplomacy in the relationship between seller and buyer helped sale go through smoothly. Thanks to Salv and the sales team. Special thanks to Natalia for responsive communication and prompt follow up. Would definitely recommend to others.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Staff were very helpful, professional, always kept us in the loop and easy to contact. They can't help you enough. Lots of staff so you never to wait long to be seen and dealt with. I would highly recommend Wrights of Welwyn Garden City. I have just sold my flat via Wrights and, in all three areas, the whole process has been smooth, courteous and they’ve kept me well-informed.

GoogleI have used Wrights in the past and did not hesitate to contact them again when I was selling my home. Salv, Emily and the team are amazing. All of the team members seem to enjoy what they do and work very well together. Communication is very important when selling a property, this is something they are all extremely good at. When it was Emily’s day off, Salv, Natalija and Tina were on hand to answer any questions I had, they were up to date with their information and always more than happy to help. I would highly recommend Wrights. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for the effort you all put in. Selling a house can be quite stressful and you guys made it as stress free as possible.

GoogleAfter seeing a similar property being sold in the area we contacted different Estate Agent who were very negative about our flat and the economy and very condescending. We got onto Sal at Wrights and were instantly impressed from the moment we met. Really friendly and with a positive approach to the valuation process we achieved what we wanted for the flat in a challenging market. My only criticism is about having to chase on one occasion for updates but we only had to chase once and from that point on we were given updates regularly. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Wrights. Right from my first meeting with Salvatore and his colleagues, Natalija and Tina, I knew they were the agents for me. I followed their suggested selling price and I had an offer within 14 days of going to market. All three looked after my sale and kept me fully informed of progress with regards to solicitors and other agents on a regular basis. The sale was kept fully managed, so that issues were tackled immediately and proceeded smoothly. I can genuinely say that I couldn’t be happier with the service received. Highly recommended, thanks everyone!

We were advised a realistic selling price and as a result had an offer within 2 weeks which we accepted. We then had a clean and quick sale using Wright's recommended solicitor. GoogleWas told I had a viewing booked on a Friday. Caught a 2 hour train to view said house. Upon calling the estate agents I was told there was infact no viewing booked in their diary and was told to come tomorrow instead. Huge inconvenience as I travelled a long journey. Will not be contacting for service again.

GoogleWe had to rent out our house as we had to move quickly. Wrights made the process simple and painless, recommending local trades to do work that was needed. Occasional problems were sorted out immediateley at reasonable cost, and they reported back on regular inspection visits.. Really recommend them.

GoogleWe were unfortunate enough to choose this agency to sell our house with. They were awful - the worst treatment we've ever received. We had been lied to, treated poorly. These people have no idea what good customer service is and in a very stressful time in our lives of selling a house - they actually added more stress to the sale. They advised us on a price, then made us drop it by £10,000. Then, when we finally had enough of them and handed in our notice - suddenly, out of nowhere we have an offer! It was ridiculous... It took 10 months for them to sell our house which we were re-assured would go quickly. Never again. DO NOT USE THEM. You're better off selling your home by yourself!!

GoogleI have been Letting my properties with Wrights of Welwyn Garden City since 2009 and I have to say that their service is outstanding. All their staff, led by brilliantly by Graham, have been doing a great job in fully managing my properties. Phil, Aimee, Karen, Charlotte, Ameillia (previously) go out of their way in ensuring that the property is Let out quickly with expected rent and then they manage all properties professionally keeping me fully informed of repair costs and any ongoing issues. With Wrights, I get a truly armchair service and I never have to worry about property management. They are always on top of compliance and regulations and ensure all safety checks are carried out on time. All staff are pleasant, courteous and will go that extra mile to keep the landlord happy. I am extremely happy that Wrights are managing my properties since 2009.

GoogleI used this business to manage the letting of a property because I often work overseas. However, I had to stop using them because of repeated failures, including: - collecting the full rent owed from tenants but not paying the full amount owed to me - forgetting to collect the right rent after a notified rise in the monthly amount - posting letters to my home address that demanded I reply to them within a week, or else they would levy unnecessary charges for unwanted additional services My tenants also indicated Wrights gave a lacklustre response to queries. On several occasions I needed to get personally involved in the arrangement of repairs and the replacement of white goods even though I was paying Wrights for a 'fully managed' service.
