Great team who oversaw my daughters tenancy with them while she studied at Hatfield University. Would highly recommend Michelle and the her colleagues. ***UPDATE*** attempted to charge £70.00 cleaning fees when property was vacated, I had personally cleaned this property. Fees reduced to £20.00 when a query was raised. NB - I am not a professional cleaner and may have missed something but £70.00 was and attempt to swindle money from my daughter, £20 was acceptable.
