Geoff and George are everything you could want in an estate agent - genuine, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and keep you in the loop at every stage. They sold our flat quickly for a great price - what more could you ask for. They advised us on our onward purchase and reassured us at stressful moments. Experienced, balanced and open, we always felt in safe hands. We couldn't recommend more - don't even bother looking at any other agents!

GoogleI was scheduled in for an appointment at 12pm today, only to be notified an hour or so beforehand that all offers had been sent to the landlord, and my viewing was cancelled. I had put a lot of effort into changing my schedule in order to accommodate these plans. After being nonchalantly let down over the phone afterwards, I felt that no effort was made to accept responsibility for this unprofessional approach. This is NOT how to treat people, and NOT how to do business. Very very infuriating and disappointing. **Edit I think for the purposes of integrity, you should perhaps not put through offers to landlords when there are outstanding viewings scheduled which need honoring. I freed up an entire morning to accommodate this arrangement.
