GoogleUnfortunately Chloe continually made errors during the selling of our house and showed a level of incompetence that was only put right by them waiving their fees, which shows the magnitude of her error. Marcus dealt with it professionally but I would not recommend anyone use this estate agent. GoogleThe leek branch have been brilliant during my sale process, (it wasn’t the easiest chain)from a Facebook message on a Sunday night, Louis was around for photos and valuation the next day, kept me in the loop on what’s app and phonecalls, a promised fixed price that was kept. Most of my dealings were with Hannah who is a credit to the company, phonecalls and chasing stuff throughout the process and nothing is too much trouble for her.
