Could not recommend Whittaker and Biggs Macclesfield any more highly. Nic and the team from start to completion were helpful, professional and provided a first class service. They were always available and acted proactively in all aspects. Would certainly use again when buying and selling in Macclesfield. Thanks again team

Nick and staff at Whittaker & Biggs Macclesfield did a fine job of marketing a slightly unusual property. Both the vendors and purchasers are very satisfied with the outcome. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.PositiveProfessionalism

I would absolutely recommend Whittaker and Biggs 100%. The Macclesfield team were all excellent and I cannot fault them. They offered a really good service. After agreeing the sales brochure text etc with Nick, the house sold within a few days of being put on the market, with offers being made above the asking price. What a great start! And throughout the process they were responsive, helpful and totally professional. If only the Solicitors we had engaged could have been even half as competent and professional as W and B!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Me and my partner were first time buyers, so we had no idea of the process of buying a house. Whittaker and biggs were such a great support though it all, took the time to keep us involved in everything and taking the time to explain everything. Hannah that helped us through it was incredible, so I just want to put a very big thankyou out there to Hannah and her team for helping us get our dream house!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We used Whittaker and Biggs for our recent house sale, and they were nothing short of excellent. Our sale fell through at one point due to a buyer messing us around, but W&B were really quick to help us get the house back on the market and find us another buyer really quickly. Communications were excellent throughout and I could easy get hold of them any time I needed.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
