GoogleHow I had found my experience with Waldens Lettings? I am renting my place from 3th of Feb and as on each relation - beginning are difficult, but only because we do not knew each other. It is my first property that I rent from agency, and happy that I choose Valdens Lettings as my first one, because each time when I needed something from them , they response. I have access to my dashboard, when I had challenge with boiler they send service in 2/3 days which is an amazing and always when I asked for help I receive the information. At the moment I do not know how they will ''rate'' me, but I have 3 months more to have a good , maybe even better relationship with the agency. Only minus that I will add is the quality of the property that I found out later , during the tenancy , but is couple of things that could be repair and they are happy to help.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have had very few and only very minor issues with the property, which have been dealt with and resolved professionally and promptly. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and Craig the manager is outstanding. Now in the process of selling up and moving on .....my lads at Waldens are fantastic Steve Nick and Rob,. mustn't forget Sharon because she's as good as the lads... GoogleAmazing experience, as first time buyers, we couldn't have come across a better estate agent. Nick was very welcoming and very helpful with any queries we had. He helped us pick out our perfect first home, gave us multiple viewings whenever we wanted, and gave sound advice and updates. I have found all the staff to be very professional and always keep you up-to-date with things concerning the sale of my late mother’s house. I mainly dealt with Nick who always kept me in the loop, is professional especially as he understood how hard it is to sell under the sad circumstances of my late mother.
