GoogleNick Webb from Walden’s is our estate agent who has been so good in regards to the purchase of a bungalow for my mother. He has been so helpful in our endeavour to find a suitable place for her, responsive to our requests to try to expedite the purchase and has given us invaluable practical advice considering she (and my husband and I) are relatively new to the area. He was kind and courteous to the new neighbours and allowed time to chat and joke with them so mum could feel really at ease with her new surroundings. I love the fact that we have a named sales person (Nick) throughout the whole process from first viewing to completion and this has made the whole process much less stressful and really person centred. GoogleHighly disappointed by this agents. Spoke to them moments after a house was put up for rent, in contact with them for the month due to lockdown stopping the viewings. Was booked in for a viewing, assured that was the earliest I could see the property and that no one would be in before me. Only to be rang the morning of my viewing to be told someone had viewed it before me and let the property? With the excuse of 'it's first come first serve'. Considering I was told my booking was the earliest anyone could view the property this is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.NegativeProfessionalism
