GoogleWhere do I start! I hounded poor Rob trying sort out my sale and purchase in the most difficult circumstances with COVID, ex wives and a lady who liked to drag her feet! Nick showed me around the purchase, really nice guy.but for me, Rob was the hero going above and beyond the call of duty, thank you for all your help!

GoogleHaving invited three estate agents to value my late Mother's home in Kempston, Waldens were my preferred choice for instructing to sell, as sole agents, being the longest established Kempston based estate agency. From the outset, they were prompt and efficient on the phone, through to Rob valuing, the property and the swift purchaser introduction by Nick within only a few weeks of instruction. It was great having a single main point of contact in Nick once the sale had been agreed through to completion. He set realistic expectation in terms of timescales due to the pandemic and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Waldens as local specialists within the area.

GoogleChose Waldens as long running local Estate . Excellent service from Rob Goldsmith and the rest of the team. Handled the sale and purchase of my property. Gave great advise and went out of their way to enable a smooth transition. Took alot of the pressure of buying and selling a property off my shoulders. Definitely not pushy or overbearing like some other agents. Their main concern is getting the best deal all round for all those involved. Would most definitely recommend and also use again without a doubt if buying or selling again

GoogleIf you are looking to buy or sell a property, then this Is the Estate Agents to go to. I have just purchased my first house from one of their sellers. At the viewing of property I was met by a friendly but professional lady, Sharon, who went the extra mile at the house and behind the scenes prior to my offer being accepted. The person that really stands out is Nick Webb! This man took me under his wing as a first time buyer, he constantly emailed and called me, giving me regular updates, putting me at ease, providing clarity when needed. I didn’t expect such dedication from Nick given that I wasn’t his client but the time he took to explain things to me was much appreciated. I’d also like to mention the gentleman who took many of my calls, I think his name is Rob (apologies if wrong), and always passed my messages on. Waldens has a great team working for them. GoogleI recently sold a property with Waldens help. Personal thank you to Nick for his professionalism. He promised to sell within 4 weeks and he did it even earlier. He sounded very confident. I was happy as buyers didn’t have any chain to deal with and the sale should be quick. But it was an unexpected obstacle on my way. Nick knew how to manage situation. Luckily the obstacle was sorted and the deal reached the point of completion. GoogleHaving used Waldens for a purchase back in 2019, there was no question about choosing them again, this time for a sale and purchase. Nick Webb has been personable throughout, and has felt like a friend as well as our estate agent. Me and my family are still relatively new to Bedford and really struggled with areas when viewing properties to purchase. Nick has given his honest advice and opinion, based on our individual requirements, which has helped us tremendously in securing a perfect home. In fact the whole team have been helpful, from start to finish, always being available to offer reassurance and advice. (He knows Bedford like the back of his hand it seems!). Our first purchase fell through but the team at Waldens were fantastic and kept in contact regularly with updates as well as putting us forward for suitable viewings very quickly. In Nick’s absence due to annual leave etc, Steve took over and stayed in touch with updates the whole time, again with a friendly and professional approach. Sharon has been of utmost help when I’ve called in the office with queries and has always taken the time out to explain things and reassure me. As mentioned, we have used Waldens in the past and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future. If you want to receive an honest, reliable, friendly and professional service, I would highly recommend using Waldens.
