GoogleWas so worried about buying and selling but Nick Webb from Waldens made the whole experience as stress free as he possibly could and was very helpful all the way through with house viewings offers set backs etc would definitely use there services again if we was to move in the future

GoogleWe used Nick Webb at Waldens to sell our house in Kempston and we were very impressed with his professionalism and speed at which he found us a succession of no less that 5 buyers after unfortunate withdrawals by the previous Buyers. He remained professional persistent and patient in a difficult chain of events which finally resulted in the sale being completed.

GoogleWe recently viewed a property being marketed by Waldens and were shown around by Steve. We've been looking for some time now and viewed a number of properties with various agents, however Steve was by far the best representative we've encountered. Knowledgeable and understanding of the questions /points we identified. In this particular case we expressed an interest but stated that the property, for us, needed a lot of work and that a return visit with a builder would be necessary, once we returned from holiday. This wasn't a problem, he advised, as he recognised what we'd highlighted. However, whilst away, we reflected on this and upon return decided not to continue with our interest. When I informed Steve he understood the position and thanked us for advising. In summary, professional, personable and knowledgeable.

GoogleSharon was incredible helpful throughout the process of organising a valuation for probate, and then marketing the property for sale. Communicated very effectively and with appropriate timing - no chasing required, and no spam calls (unlike another set of estate agents we've spoken to before!)

GoogleFeels and acts like an old has been estate agent, some staff not helpful, slow, and inefficient to get back to you, the manager Rob? Is the worst and would question whether he actually wants to sell houses as appears to have no motivation, or maybe he just turns up to take the money every month? The younger companies are taking over as they seem to be far more dynamic and efficient compared to this dinosaur.
