GoogleSharon has been beyond helpful right from the very beginning of this sale. It has been a very long and complicated sale (not through any fault of Waldens), and without Sharon, I wouldn't have had any clue of where we were in the process! Thank you for making a very slow and painful experience a little less daunting!

GoogleI had business with Waldens since 2015. Would like to share some reviews 1: They work as a very close team. Decent people sales team. efficient way to deal with the sales. Not wasting my time. 2: They are very honest. Telling the right information about marketing. Also can see they look after the property for the seller as well. even I am a purchaser. 3:They treat me respectfully and equally. be honest ,feel much more confident and positive when I saw the property is under Waldens. GoogleThank you Nick of Walden solicitors, you made my first time house purchase an experience to remember. From start to finish you remained professional, honest and up front which in my experience has been a far cry from other big name agencies. Buying my first house seemed like a forgone dream as other agents just kept playing politics with the price of the house and promising to get back to me but fail. GoogleWaldens always recognised our specific needs & didn’t send us to view properties that didn’t meet our criteria; they listened. Rob was particularly efficient at answering all out questions quickly. The whole team are really helpful. We really appreciated the feeling of care they showed us & it felt like we were part of a small family business rather than a big money making corporation. Thank you, we love our new home!

GoogleGreat experience viewing a number of properties with Rob at Waldens. We never felt rushed when viewing and were able to view at our own pace. GoogleHi, I am in the process of purchasing my property through Waldens Estate Agent. I am extremely grateful to Sharon and Nick for all their effort they have put in order for me to secure this property. I believe without Sharon, today I’d be still looking for a property. I am extremely grateful. She’s gone far and beyond just so I can secure this property. She personally notified me well before the property hit the market and booked me in as the first viewer. She knew this was the right and type of property I’ve been looking for.. I have nothing to say but full of gratitude and praise for Sharon and her colleagues. As well as being experienced in her role, she’s an amazing person too. I found both Sharon and Nick polite, honest and genuine two individuals. Enjoyed going out viewing properties with them for sure. Hopefully, once I settle in my new property I plan to invite them for tea and some biscuits. Just to show my appreciation :). GoogleWaldens Estate Agents have been a godsent to us! Buying a house can be such a stressful experience, but we felt so well looked after from the initial contact to completion. Sharon was wonderful, always on top of her game - in fact we wouldn't buy our beautiful house if she didn't suggest the viewing in the first place! She kept the communication going between ourselves and the vendors which resulted in an extremely smooth transaction and completion in less than 80 days. AMAZING! Thank you so much to the entire Waldens team, but especially to Sharon who, honestly, is incredible. Should we ever find ourselves buying another property we will most definitely come to you!

GoogleI like waldens but recent experience with sales agent ROB GOLDSMITH was not good as i want to view the property he said if i want to give them offer that is low it’s no point but i never had experience with any other estate agent , it’s sad you can’t give any offer as they want only buyers who can offer listing price or nearby, it’s not fair for people who want to view the property and give offer , we don’t mind they reject the offer but how he said like they not interested in us to view the property.It’s sad that company like these there is no equality for buyers.This type of behaviour totally violates Estate Agents Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
