GoogleNick and the team at Waldens were friendly, professional and really helpful with my house purchase. It took a long time to find a buyer for my house and I viewed many properties before thing eventually fell into place. Nick was extremely patient, full of advice and very knowledgeable about the Kempston area.

GoogleI chose Waldens after numerous recommendations. All staff had a good awareness of each step in the sale of my house and gave a personal service. Nick dealt with my sale and was good at communicating with the solicitors & linked estate agents which he regularly updated me on. Would highly recommend them for an honest estate agent.

GoogleAfter using a national agent to try and sell our house for 3 months with no luck and poor communication we turned to Waldens due to the good reviews and reputation locally. Within 2 weeks they had negotiated an offer close to asking price which we happily accepted. The process and professionalism was impressive by Nick, Rob and Steve who all went above and beyond to push the sale through whilst offering a friendly and honest approach to us and our buyer. We have now exchanged contracts and completion due this Friday due to their hard work. Great service and well worth the fees. Not easy to find agents like this anymore! 100% recommend trying Waldens before going anywhere else. Thanks guys for a good job well done.

GoogleMe and my partner wanted to rent a property that was unfortunately through this agency. We viewed the house and fell in love right there and then and said we wanted it. With us both being self employed they told us we needed a guarantor which we set up immediately and was ready to pay for fees etc... Me and partner have no issues with money being self employed we bring in more than enough between ourselves to rent this property (Have years of proof) but they said they will contact the landlord and and will get back to us. They got our hopes up by letting us think we would be getting this house but we had one more thing to do and that was to have a phone call with the landlord himself but he never called. Bank holiday weekend was upon us and they said they will contact us on the Friday (they did not), my partner called them near closing time and they said there’s nothing to report, they will contact after the bank holiday weekend. Get to Tuesday and it’s near their closing time and still no call or email. My partner called them up asking for an explanation - they said the property has been given to someone else. They thought they could dodge us instead of being professional and telling us the truth. We were both very disappointed, I would NOT recommend this agency because they’re unprofessional, poor with correspondence and you will probably not get the property despite giving them whatever they demand.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend the estate agent more. We had a bad experience before going to Walden’s and they were nothing but honest and helpful. We never had to chase them for anything and they were always pro active in keeping us updated! Thank you for making our experience a good one!

GoogleI have known Shelley and her team at Waldens for just over two years. I have found that the way their business is set up and run makes them the most professionally managed lettings agent I have met in my 20+ years in the industry. They are honest, reliable, use professional contractors and are approachable and available for sound advice and guidance. I have just placed another property in their very capable hands to manage for me and will have no hesitation in doing so again. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWe had brilliant service from the first moment we viewed the property until the exchange date. Had a few mishaps along the way but Nick helped us get the sale overline. Couldn't recommend his service any higher and always easily contactable. Will definitely be using Waldens in the future.
