GoogleThey are different from other Real Estates. They made the stressful process of house hunting simple, easy and most important, transparent. I would like to personally thanks Jo-Anne, professional and reliable, who helped us finding a new home and kept us informed throughout the process.
Hi Judit, many thanks for your positive feedback. Greatly appreciated and we hope you have an enjoyable rental with Vanquish.

GoogleI rented from Vanquish for 3 years and have to say it’s the most positive experience I’ve had with lettings agents. Nelly and Ben in particular have been great - friendly and responsive to any maintenance and contract queries respectively.
Thank you Nadia for your great feedback. It was a pleasure having you as a tenant of ours.

GoogleIt's been a month since I've moved into the rented property. Agne was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of signing the lease and making sure I got everything for my move in. However, one star is removed as it has not been possible to get a single thing on the maintenance list fixed even after moving in for a month, although I have been told a few times they are working on it.... but still no updates.
Thank you Gloria for your great feedback. It was a pleasure doing business with you

GoogleI decided to move to UK few months ago and I was nervous about anything I can think of, esp renting a nice flat for settling down. Andreas from Vanquish Real Estate responded my request so proactively, he could answer my questions quickly and sincerely. He helped me a lot on the renting process which I was not familiar with. I will definitely recommend Andreas and Vanquish Real Estate.

GoogleHad the pleasure of working with Agne and her manager Ben in trying to find a home. Agne was both helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Ben did a virtual viewing with me, and it was not rushed. He was both thorough and considerate of my requests. They were both refreshing as they were not pushy about getting me to take an apartment and did not employ pressure tactics, which a lot of their competitor agencies do at the Royal Arsenal. I hope they are able to continue to maintain this calibre of service in the future.

GoogleLANDLORDS STAY AWAY!!! They owe me rent & still ignoring my email for outstanding payment. Vanquish rented my flat for less than a year and Have not paid me more than 3 months of rent! March-earlyJuly 2022. I am owed over £10,000 and they still refuse to respond my emails. An absolute joke of a company! Stay Away I will be taking this to court and will get my money back, as Pound Sterling has dropped so much since July I will consult my solicitor what action should be taken. Will keep everything updated here.
Hi Alex, At Vanquish Real Estate we always look to improve our service. I have looked into this, you had sent a message to one of our directors confirming receipt of the rent and mentioned that you had not checked your bank account or seen an email from Vanquish with the statement of account. I am not sure if this review was intended for Vanquish or another one of your agents as we had never owed you £10,000 in rent. We are quite surprised by your review after having previously told us you have had a great service working with us and that you wish more agents were like us.

GoogleEverything went very smooth and stress-free even in these unprecedented times. The agent Yahia was super helpful and answered all my questions anytime. Special thanks to Yahia. I had a great experience with Vanquish. Highly recommended to the people who want to rent a property very easily and with great support. Edit: My first home purchase also went very good with Vanquish Real Estate. Thank you.
Thanks Galip, we are very grateful for your feedback. It was a great pleasure doing business with you.

GoogleIt was a pleasure working with Federico at Vanquish real estate. As a first time buyer we are nervous and anxious with our property and Federico made sure to provide the right guidance and time towards making my decision and I surely have ended up with a property of my requirements. He puts effort to help out understand the process and engages with right intentions to get the best deal for his clients. Highly recommended! Thanks.

GoogleMy partner and I came across Vanquish as we were interested in a property within the Royal Arsenal development. We were extremely surprised by the level of attention given to us by Aislyn, the saleswoman who helped us find the perfect property. She met with us on a number of occasions, and patiently took us around the same properties again and again, so that we could make sure we were making the right choice. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the service we received - thank you Aislyn! :)

GoogleAlthough issues can be slow to resolve at times when communicating with the rest of the team, the boss, Michael is probably the most professional and attentive agent I've had the privilege of meeting. Unlike many agents I've had to deal with, he has a sense of urgency when it comes to resolving problems, and you feel this when issues are raised to him. Whatever it may be, he tries his best to sort it out, and I genuinely appreciate the effort. We had a mattress that needed to be removed from the previous tenant and he managed to get it done as soon as he could when I raised the issue with him. He was also very informative when we did the house tour. Vanquish also got everything sparking clean when we moved in, and that really impressed us. Michael will even check in on us every now and then to make sure everything's okay and working well, which just shows the initiative and immaculate service he provides.

GoogleMy partner and I rented a property with Vanquish and then subsequently went on to buy that very same property. The whole team were amazing from the start of our tenancy to the completion of our purchase. Nelly was fantastic at getting back to us with solutions to any problems and Karim managed our purchase effectively and quickly. Would definitely recommend.
Thanks Ryan, we are very grateful for your feedback. It was a great pleasure doing business with you.

GoogleAgne was my estate agent from the start of my process renting in London. From start to finish she was absolutely exceptional! She really went out of her way to give us all the information we wanted, to make the process extremely smooth as this was our first time renting on our own, and she was always so attentive with our questions - and we had lots. She was always easy to reach and quick to reply. Any problems we had she and her team would help us to find a solution. Never felt abandoned at any stage. On move-in day she was still readily available and checking in on us. We met her colleague Sylwia who handed over the keys and all the last minute issues on the day she handled so very well and professionally. Really really loved these two ladies and we are so happy that they were the ones to guide us through our renting process. Our new flat is beautiful!!!

GoogleI can not sing the praises of Andreas enough!!! Best lettings agent I've come across in the market right now by a country mile. Vanquish have got a real asset with him in the team. I work in the property investment industry myself and my recent rental search was disheartening & made be really question the competence of those working in lettings space right now. Very fortunately, Andreas was on the phone when I made an enquiry and the level of service I received has been world class. He's been such an exceptional help throughout the whole process! I'm so glad I met an agent that's not only solved my problem in finding the right place in the current market but is also super down to earth, personable and very genuine. Hard to find people like that. So thankful for his help!!!

GoogleAndreas was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole rental process. He has the perfect balance in finding the best fit for both the landlord and tenant. Andreas was professional, communicative and managed my expectations with zero stress. I've dealt with a lot of estate agencies and Vanquish are by far the best. From both a landlord's and a tenant's perspective, I highly recommend!

GoogleI was very satisfied from the service. Mr. Yahia in particular has been very helpful to me. He did everything quickly. He answered all my questions patiently. A very friendly and helpful person. After I came home, everything was as I expected, and the house was very well cleaned. After I moved in, I met Miss Nelly, she helped me with all my problems. She is a sweet person, too. They are professionals.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
