GoogleIf you are looking for a top estate agents in London vanquish are the best in the business. Staff are very knowledgeable of market and very professional to deal with. They currently manage few of my properties and have been excellent to deal. Amy has been a star and is a real gem to the company. Highly recommended!!

GoogleI have been recommended Vanquish Real Estate by a friend to find a property to rent and have been very happy with their support throughout my flat search journey. Agne has helped me greatly through the whole process, understanding exactly what I was looking for, providing videos and descriptions of properties and arranging viewings. She made sure to always be available to answer my questions regarding the offer and references. The viewing I went to was held by Daniel, who did an amazing job showing me around and was very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Overall I am very impressed by the helpfulness, friendliness and speed of the staff at this agency. I will definitely be recommending Vanquish!

GoogleThey have been blowing up my phone multiple times every single day for the past month ever since I went to view one flat, when I told them that I found a flat and to stop calling me they blamed me for not letting them know. Highly unprofessional and aggressive, do not recommend

GoogleWe have been renting with Vanquish Real Estate since 2021 in the Royal Arsenal Development and have had an excellent experience throughout. During this time, my partner and I have moved between two flats with them, upgrading from a one bedroom to a two, and the process was always smooth and well managed. The properties have always been presented well and all maintenance issues were resolved quickly and effectively. The staff in both the lettings and property management teams have been amazing to deal with always professional, responsive and genuinely helpful at every stage. Any queries or issues were handled efficiently and we always felt supported as a tenant. We have now moved out as we bought our own home but wanted to express that we are very grateful for the consistently high level of service we have had over all the years and would highly recommend Vanquish Real Estate to anyone looking to rent with confidence. GoogleOutstanding service from Vanquish Real Estate We sold our flat in West Carriage House, Woolwich Arsenal with Vanquish and couldn’t be happier with the service. We initially worked with Eleonora, who was brilliant at getting the sale agreed quickly. Karim then guided us through to completion and was exceptional, professional, calm, and always on the front foot. He helped keep the sale on track through a long and sometimes frustrating legal process, made more difficult by delays on our side with unresponsive solicitors. Karim was always available, always helpful, and a real credit to the agency. We’re grateful to both, highly recommended!

GoogleDeeply disappointing service. I would strongly advise avoiding this rental agency. Our interactions with Vanquish were initially very friendly, but once we raised issues about cleaning and repairs in the apartment, emails went unanswered and the tone shifted noticeably. Unlike other London agencies we’ve used before (such as JLL), Vanquish relies on its own in-house property inspectors rather than independent third-party contractors, leading to non-objective outcomes. After submitting this review, we received calls and emails from Vanquish asking us to remove the review rather than focusing on resolving the underlying issues. I appreciate that our experience does not reflect the many five-star reviews on Google, but after experiencing the follow-up pressure to withdraw our feedback, it comes as a no surprise. If you value your time, I would recommend choosing a more reputable rental agency.

GoogleWe have rented with Vanquish for the past 3.5 years, and the team has been consistently friendly and helpful from the very beginning. At the end of our tenancy we faced some challenges with the contractor we had hired for the final clean. Although the process was far from ideal, Nelly and her team worked tirelessly to help manage the situation as best they could. Nelly went above and beyond throughout the transition, and it has been a genuine pleasure working with her. A big thank you for all the help Nelly - really appreciate it.

GoogleI’ve been living as a tenant in properties managed by Vanquish for 4+ years and I am very happy with the way they have handled every occurrence along the way. A special shout out goes to Nelly Prudente who has far exceeded her call of duty, stepping in a very nasty dispute with a cleaning agency we had hired for our end of tenancy cleaning. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI started with Vanquish quite a few years ago and have been happy with them since the first day. My agent Andreas was exceptional in every way, from finding the right tenants to agreeing on the perfect rent. The process throughout the years has not changed. Many other agencies become complacent if you remain with them for a long period of time. However, Vanquish have proven otherwise. They offer a very good service all round and Andreas is always available the instant you need some advice. Thank you to Vanquish.

Especially when it came to tricky negotiations and renewals, Andreas has always been helpful in resolving any matters in. Super nice chap and was very efficient at getting it all resolved smoothly. GoogleI’ve come across many letting agencies over the years and it’s safe to say Vanquish aren’t just better than the rest, they’re flawless. This review comes in large to Max, who I struggle to believe has been in the industry for less than a year - he’s hands down been the best agent we’ve worked with in our 8 years renting in London. From the first call and throughout the whole process, Max took the time to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for, found us an amazing property that matched perfectly, and made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. He had all our questions answered quickly and accurately, while also going above and beyond to supply us with any additional information we might not of known we needed. Max made the whole process feel easy (which is definitely a rarity in the London market these days!) It’s clear from all of the other reviews that Vanquish have an outstanding reputation and Max is an absolute credit to the team - I’m very much looking forward to having them as our property managers for the next couple of years and will definitely be going through them when we move in the future. If you are looking to work with an agency that genuinely listens, is communicative, offers both high quality properties & customer service, and who, most importantly, you can trust, then I cannot recommend Max and the Vanquish team enough.
