GoogleI moved to London in a panic only having one week to find an apartment before starting my full-time job. I am VERY impressed with Vanquish Real Estate! I worked with a young man named Ben Cann who was honest, professional, and extremely helpful. He was able to expedite my paperwork and got me into my apartment that same week. Would highly recommend, I could not be happier with the service or my new apartment!

GoogleThey rented me a flat in battersea and after I paid the deposit and we did all the checks they called telling us the landlord change his mind and we were left without a place to live just more than a week before our other contract ended. Very unprofessional.
Thank you David for your review, We are sorry that your experience with Vanquish did not go to plan and we are sorry for what happened to you and your partner. As it was discussed with you, the landlord did pull out of the agreement due to circumstances that were out of our hands. We did advise you as soon as the landlord contacted us and this was just over two weeks prior to your move in date. Again, it was not a fault of Vanquish and we did try to rectify the issue and talked to the landlord but unfortunately we were not not able to change his decision. I can assure you that we have zero control over this. And because of what happened we stopped working with the landlord.

GoogleWe will move in London one month later and we wanted to rent a house before that. Vanquish was our choice for that process. Actually Mo Elbasiony, who is our real estate dealer, was our choice. We talked lots of estate dealers before meeting Mr. Elbasiony and i can easily say that he is more helpful and patient than others. Our process was not easy because we weren’t physically in the UK however he run this process impressively professionel. There was time difference but it wasn’t become a problem because Mr. Elbasiony help us 7/24. Our landlord had questions and Mr. Elbasiony became a bridge between us. He was always supportive and solution oriented. Now we have a home in London, thanks to Mr. Elbasiony and Vanquish Real Estate. After talking lots of estate agent, I strongly recommend them.
