Google2 viewings in 6 months, both in first week. We had to show them round despite Hive's promise to perform all viewings and on both occasions the viewers weren't in a position to buy anyway, just testing the water. Photos awful and dark to the point I had to take some myself and email them in. Brochure poorly written and again had to edit it and ask them to update. Online brochure then reverted to original offering for some reason and again we had to dive in to resolve. Words of caution 1 Despite all this they insist you have to stay with them for a minimum of 6 months or pay two sets of fees. Totally contractual when it's in their favour. Word of caution 2 If they can't sell your property and you wait 6 months to break free from them, you then have to pay £240 - supposedly to cover their expenses. Seems to me they are only interested in doing Bessecar located properties. Avoid avoid avoid.

GoogleJust exchanged contracts on our new house. We are the buyers. Hive were representing the seller yet the girls at Hive in Doncaster kept us fully informed throughout the whole process. It is a stressful experience, as we all know yet ours was made that little more tolerable by the cheerful bunch at Hive, Doncaster. Solicitors are good at giving half or vague answers to questions , yet the Hive girls gave us the truth everytime, even when another delay occurred they told it as it was. These girls are an asset to any business and Hive should be proud of each and everyone of them. Thank you and job well done girls! Brian, Bawtry.

GoogleAlthough I have yet to use The Property Hive to buy or sell a house I wanted to review the customer service that I have received from the staff. I contacted them to ask for details of bungalows that might be suitable for my elderly Dad following the loss of my Mum last September, as the house he lives in isn’t really suitable anymore. Initially my Father wanted to move, but is now unsure as to when that will be, (there’s a lot of things to deal with, obviously) Every time I have spoken to anyone at The Hive they have been considerate and understanding, they have been in touch to ask how things are going, but not too often and never pushy. When the time is right I will have no hesitation in getting back in touch for help in finding a new home for Dad.

GoogleProperty Hive Estate Agents in Bessacarr, Doncaster have just sold our late Dad's house; I interviewed x5 Estate agents but decided to go with Hive because firstly they exuded great passion and enthusiasm for selling houses, they genuinely really liked the period property, they are modern, upbeat and with it and had the best knowledge of the local area out of all the agents! Gave us a fair selling valuation and realistic time frame, pulled out all the stops to help me get the property on the market just before Christmas, enjoyed showing the clients around again with genuine enthusiasm for the property, kept regular updates with me throughout the process and great advice when we had some offers, guiding me through the stressful details! Their office has a true 'buzz' about it - when I went in just a week or so before Christmas on the Saturday morning they had sold a house the night before and earlier that morning, then had calls from potential clients as far a field as the South West, all the staff are upbeat and lively, they're web site is vibrant, modern and easy to use - the bee logo very memorable. I would recommend Property Hive to assist you in selling your property any time that's why I've given them x5 stars!! From a Very happy client.

GoogleI had a good experience letting a 4 bedroom from The Hive property. Helen, my agent, was competent and was quick to understand my needs and wants for a rental. Unlike other agents she only took me to house that I was interested in. I mentioned to Helen that speed was a priority to me and she was able to get me through the application process and into the property in less than a day. The service was professional and The Hive Property/Helen was quick to respond to emails/calls. Needless to say I will use them again

GoogleFantastic service. It’s really hard to describe how great the team at the Property Hive were. Sylvia advised me and explained everything to me clearly and in a friendly way. She is a really wonderful person, she goes all out to help and answer your questions. I can’t praise her enough. In fact everyone I dealt with were amazing, professional and well trained and still really nice friendly people you can get along with. As for my sale - well what can I say, my house sold on the first day, and despite my own doubts the Property Hive got me a top price. Far more than I anticipated and that extra money was way more than the fees involved so it was a win win for me. Yay! The staff kept in touch every week so I didn’t feel things were happening that I couldn’t keep up with. They answered all my questions and I really would use them and nobody else for all future property dealings. I’d give six blooming stars if I could! They are fabulous. It wasn’t the easiest of sales due to a number of reasons but we couldn’t have done without them. Helpful, keep in contact without being pushy, send property alerts, do what they say they will, get back to you on the phone promptly. Overall, an extremely efficient team in general, special mention and thanks to Jamie and Michelle in particular with whom I dealt with most of the time I was looking for a property. They have helped constantly and reliably. If you are wondering which estate agency to use, Hive is one of the best in Doncaster for customer service, respect of the customer, reliable support to potential buyers. GoogleOutstanding service from start to finish. From the moment the valuer Sylvia came to visit my property i knew this was the company for me. A local, family run business with fantastic knowledge of the area and she offered great advice on how to sell my home. The 3d Virtual Tour is a great selling tool and showed our home off really well. So much so that it sold within one day of being on the market for the full asking price. Lorraine and her team made sure i received regular updates throughout my sale and helped with the purchase of my new property. Fantastic customer service and highly recommended, thank you.

GoogleWe are so happy we used The Property Hive in Bessacarr when selling our home. From the initial contact with them, to after our move , the Team have been very friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We are convinced that the 3D Tour (professionally produced by Nick) helped prospective buyers to view our home. They kept us informed at all times and ensured that the sale moved smoothly, even recommending a removal firm, who were very efficient and reasonably priced, whom we would recommend also.
